Sir, I have completed in BSC Nursing Now I'm in working my salary is 20k I want pursue job in US or Canada but I don't have that' much of money I attended the exam also,or any other opportunities please suggest

Ans: Hello Lijo,

To begin with, thank you for contacting us. I am glad to hear that you have completed your Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and now want to work in the USA or Canada. To answer your question first, I would like to tell you that relocating from one nation to another for a job can be difficult, particularly when licensing tests and monetary constraints are entailed. There are a number of options available to nursing professionals looking for jobs in the United States or Canada. One such option is through programs viz., the NCLEX-RN for Canada or the NCLEX for the United States, which mandate clearing examinations as well as adhering to particular prerequisites for registration. Remember that loans, scholarships, or other forms of monetary assistance granted by organizations, institutions, as well as government programs with an aim to assist overseas candidates can help reduce the burden of financial restraints. Moreover, I would recommend that you look into the various sponsorship programs offered by healthcare organizations or institutions in the United States or Canada as they may provide opportunities to find employment and maybe assist in covering a part of the relocation costs. In addition, you can acquire meaningful information as well as advice through building connections within the nursing community, being a part of discussion groups, as well as getting in touch with experts who have undergone comparable experiences.

When I was starting my inter pandemic was there and studies got disturbed and my father have taken admission in inter college which was 30km from our house , so he thought there will be no offline classes and at middle of my 2nd year college started to take offline classes, by doing up and down I used to get tired and I didn’t care my health and got health issues after that my life got worse because my father had undergone eye cataract surgeries due to diabetes and that situation made in me to become doctor after giving even 3 attempts I am not expecting mbbs seat, and even I consulted doctor he gave me sleeping pills to get sleep and this neet 2024 exam is most traumatic experience in my life and looking for settle down fast and earn money to stabilise our financial situation, please give me advice
Ans: Hi Sashwantha.
Many problems are interrelated to each other.
Anyhow, you failed to crack NEET irrespective of any reason(s).
Sad to hear about the father's health issue. But related to health, nobody can help.
You have then been admitted to inter-college which is far away from your home i.e. 30 KM.
Up-down daily was a little bit difficult job.
Why your doctor has given sleeping pills to you, am unable to understand by me.
Now, think more practical way.
To settle down or to earn money, you must join some job-oriented certificate courses that will help you start earning.
Keep your mind calm and quiet to handle the worst situation that you are facing.
Take a proper/wise consultation from your family member/friend which you trust more.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, pl ask again without any hesitation.
If satisfied, please like and follow me.
Thanks

Hi Pushpa, I start my day with morning meditation which brings calm and peace to my mind. But after first instance that angers me, the calm from the morning is lost and the mood for the entire day is disturbed. Although I don't express the anger outside in words or action, but the mind is definitely angered. What can I do so that words or actions don't anger me ? And if they do, how can I bring myself back to my calm state quickly ?
Ans: To remain calm even when faced with anger, it's essential to train the mind regularly, not just in the mornings. Here’s a simple way to handle it:

Mindful Breathing: When you feel anger rising, pause and take deep breaths. Slowly inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 6 counts. This simple practice can calm your mind in moments.

Witness Your Anger: Instead of reacting, observe the anger. Tell yourself, "This is just a passing emotion. I don't need to hold on to it."

Practice Gratitude: Shift your focus to something positive—like a good moment from your day. Gratitude quickly softens anger.

Carry Peace Throughout the Day: After morning meditation, visualize yourself remaining calm no matter what happens. This mental preparation helps when challenges arise.

Remember, meditation and mindfulness need consistent guidance to become effective. A yoga or meditation coach can teach you techniques tailored to your personality and lifestyle. Self-practice is good, but expert guidance ensures you build resilience faster and avoid frustration.

When anger disrupts your peace, see it as a signal to return to your breath and inner calm—each time, you grow stronger.
