Ans: Hello mam, it is not bad to fall in love with a person who has a different caste from yours or earns a little less than yours.
Financial things can be managed at a point but he should be willing to change his own situation by working on it.
You can sit with your parents and talk to them and convince them to atleast have a meeting with the boy and share their concerns with him. I am sure you will be able to convince them and make the things in order. Take care !

The most you can do here is ask your partner what is it about the situation that’s bothering him so much- if his answer sounds reasonable, you can try to clarify things.
