Dear sir, i have 9 years of experience in FMCG ...and even i have provided exceptional growth to companies like GODREJ, EMAMI , RSPL... Now i want to start my own venture where we can develop mutiple products and want to create a pan india distribution networks.. Sir i really have a expectional plan which i want to present to venture capitalist ..so need your suggestions

Ans: Have you tested this idea with anyone yet? Potential customers, partners, vendors etc. Pl do that first and validate key assumptions. Also, after that, check if close friends and family are willing to back you monetarily. First, do a pilot and implement it. That will enhance your confidence as also those of prospective future funders. At that stage, you will find that your initial plan has undergone changes. Make sure that you're tackling a challenging problem addressing a large market with your solution that is unique and differentiated. At that time, it would be good to revise your deck and get it assessed by experienced mentors/ advisers first before going to any outside investors/ funds.

It's better to have a mentor to guide you.

dear sir, we’ve based our product startup companies( ie Ltd&LLP all certified with DPIIT…) based on innovations and mostly hardcore inventions, some of which are internationally awarded and patented. almost all of our products carry some or other innovations in true sense not just trendy hype… From medical domain, home furnishings fitments to VVIP security or defence and more, we’ve game changing innovations in most products. sir , before we seek VC,Angels investors, we want to build ready POCs for spinning off, domain specific firms since private investors would want a profitable and viable setup for definite ROIs; ie we wish to have either govt/Philanthropic grants based on innovations and potential future ROI… ( We want to concentrate and rather assert our selves, on real value adding products for benefit of all stakeholders , not just making profits… in one line, we wish to act independently without reporting to investors targeting profits than products value creating innovative checklists… atleast before we come out with sellable MVP on shelf market realities. initial seeding has totally exhausted our savings, assets sold and even working capital. we cant just stick to just 1 product due to the whole ecosystem designed around each and hence interdependent just like links in chain. We’ve huge potential even in space domains where we can even help isro drdo to excel further( although we’ve not dared to do POCs due to obviously resources crunch …) Kindly guide us to get ourselves govt/philanthropical grants of order 45L onwards so that we can switch ON the sales marketing and kickstart the giants propeller engines alike huge ships to start the immense potential voyages , with deserving stakeholders onboard. working capital needs of order of 50xL is of prime importance /criticality. thank you for your time. Ans: The Government of India has certain grant schemes for start-ups. Visit https://www.startupindia.gov.in/ to get details. I think there are over 20 funding schemes. Certain State governments too have innovation voucher or other start-up assistance programmes. See what suits your needs.

Sir my self krishna sir can't able focus on studies properly plz give some tips to study for more hours for jee
Ans: Krishna, adhere to the following Strategies/Tips/Steps:

(1) Whenever you study at home, study for 45-minutes. Then take a break of 10-minutes when you can move away from your study table, walk, have some water & relax. If you continue studying beyond 45-minutes, your concentration power will go down, resulting to low output. Most students commit this mistake.
(2) On daily basis (morning or evening whichever will be convenient to you), do yoga or meditation or physical exercises or play any games / sports for at least 30-45 minutes. This will further reduce your stress / distractions.
(3) Study tough topics / tough subjects (applicable to you) early morning with your fresh mind.
(4) Eat a lot of green vegetables / fruits which you can afford for & Avoid soft drinks/junk foods
(5) Every day night, before going to bed, revise whatever you have studied during the day.
(6) Also, revise every week whatever you have covered till date (here your short-notes which you should prepare will be helpful).
(7) Keep practising questions on topics which you have covered either offline or online
(8) Give utmost importance to wrongly answered / difficult / complicated / tough questions and have a separate note-book specially for this for each subject (PCM)
(9) You might be aware that JEE rank is allotted on the basis of highest score in Maths, followed by Physics & Chemistry. Practice more and more in Maths, till you reach Speed & Accuracy

(10) By December-January, attempt fully syllabus online test series, evaluate and analyse your performance such as,

(a) which topic / unit / concept you are weak which needs your revision and improvement as this will disturb you when you appear in actual JEE exam
(b) abnormal time taken to attempt any question which you can come to know from Online Test Series which you should reduce
(c) which questions you skipped and why?

(11) Please AVOID studying under pressure that you should get admission only into IITs/ NITs. Never advisable. Any one can be successful, even if he / she studies in NON-IIT / NON-NIT Colleges also.

(12) Have Plan B & Plan C for other Colleges Entrance Exams / Disciplines-Streams.
(13) Avoid comparing yourself with other students.

(14) Also, it is highly ideal to appear in / attempt\minimum 5-7 Entrance Exams (for both Govt & Private Engineering Colleges). You will have a lot of options (easiest method) to choose the best and most suitable one, keeping in view a lot of factors such as, College | Location | Your Interest | Stream Preference | Placement Records | College Culture | Your Short & Long Term Goals | Pressure You Can Go Through | Your AIR & Job Market Condition when you apply for your BTech & Even after.

I hope I have answered to your question with value additions. All the BEST for your Bright Future.
