Ans: Anil, depends upon your interest / location. If you prefer CSE (Core), go for it & you can specialize later in some other domain after 2nd/3rd year with Certifications etc. If you are much interested in Cyber Security, prefer KIIT. All the BEST.

Ans: No, your 47% aggregate in PCM won't meet the 60% eligibility requirement. While your 85% JEE Main percentile and 3998 PES JEE rank are good, the PES exam also has a minimum PCM aggregate requirement, and you've fallen short of that.
