Hi I'm a 34 year banker with 8 years of experience working in a national bank. I have pursued my computer science engineering from a not so famous college in 2012 which didn't offer any placement assistance which forced me to prepare for govt jobs like bank and ssc. However after working for 8 years in same bank I feel stuck here as the work pressure is too high due to shortage of staff ,unprofessional work environment, too much politics and heavy work load, no work-life balance at all, frequent transfers. Please guide me whether I can switch my career now in finance field or switch to IT by doing some course ( data science, AI and ML) as I come from that field also my wife is also working in IT field. Please guide me in this regard as it's very crucial decision of my life.

Stop over-stressing about tests. Use them to identify weak areas.
