Money

I have a number of SIPs (in various MFs) worth 1 lakh per month. I want to consolidate the SIPs as below:

Large Cap: 15 K

Mid Cap: 30 K

Small Cap: 15 K

Sector/ tech fund: 10 K

Contra fund: 15 k

Flexi cap: 15 K

Please let me know if I need to correct this scheme. Also, please tell me one fund in each of the above categories to invest in. I can invest for more than 10 years and have no immediate liability in sight.

Ans:

Large Cap: DSP top 100 fund - Growth

Mid Cap: Motilal Oswal Mid cap Fund - Growth

Small Cap: Nippon India Small Cap Fund - Growth

Sector/ tech fund: SBI Technology Opportunities fund - Growth

I am 32 years old and started investing in SIP from the year 2022 onwards. I am investing 36000 per month but there are too many funds and want to reduce it to a minimum number of funds. I am planning to create a corpus of around 5 crore at the end through this and invest for the next 20 years. Please suggest what changes/mergers I should make. Also do I need to increase the SIP amount to reach this goal? 1. Parag Parikh Flexi Cap - 5000 2. Axis Growth Opportunities - 2000 3. Axis Triple Advantage - 3000 4. Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip - 2000 5. Sundaram Equity Savings - 1000 6. SBI Small Cap - 5000 7. SBI Focused Equity - 2000 8. Canara Robeco Emerging Equities - 5000 9. Ans: its a very generic question, please be specific what are trying to ask. On another note have a healthy relationship with your partner, let them be the person they are, avoid changing them. Let them know what about them upsets you but dont nag or play blame game , laugh a lot, keep the child in you always. There will be disagreements galore, avoid screaming or crying when you deal with such situations....vent off the steam and get back to being normal vs holding on to it....live life honestly and truly live it as we live just once.
