Hello, I am 32 year male, got married last year almost a year now. My wife has not been able to perform intercourse with me since our marriage, we both are virgin. She is having fear of penetrating and also even if I try to perform fingerring, she feels pain and feels irritation there. We both are happy couple but I am worried how to go ahead as I already tried water based lubricant, forplay everything. Please suggest.

Ans: Dear Anonymous,
If all is well medically, then the only thing that can stop a couple from getting sexually intimate are fears of what intercourse really is. Focusing on sex especially since this is the first time for the both of you CAN put you under tremendous stress. Instead focus on connecting first with each other. Emotional bonding through love, care and affection can allow for a lot of non-sexual intimacy first. Keep at this until you get comfortable with one another and then you take things to the next level that will ease you both into sexual intimacy.
Being in LOVE and a very close emotional connect can actually be huge boosters into getting intimate and ease you two into sex.

All the best!

Hi anu, i am married for 11 years and have 5 year old daughter, after delivery wife is not at all sexually active, even if i touch her she does not like it... pls help me
Ans: Dear Anonymous,
Immediately after delivery the hormones in a woman's body get more attuned to nurturing and caring for the baby, so that baby is not deprive of the mother's love and can grow and develop.
But if it's still like that even now, it can be more an emotional response to something that is still triggering her.
Is she too tired from household chores?
Is she the only one managing the child all day?
Do you connect with her outside of the bedroom like holding hands, cuddling or simply laughing together?
When was the last time you appreciated her or complimented her?
Do you share the household responsibilities?
Do the two of you spend time alone without the child with you at all times?

Intimacy in the bedroom first begins outside the bedroom where emotional aspects are what a woman look for like care, love, attention and a lot of support. This is where men can fall short and feel rejected. There is no need to look at it as rejection now that you know what can be done.
Also I suggest that a thorough check-up to rule out any physical ailment that might be keeping her away from intimacy. Having said this, be patient and supportive and do not bring up this lack of sex again and again in front of her; it will only push her away as though she is being asked to perform. So be patient and caring and allow Nature to take its course.

All the best!

Relationship
Hello, Anu I have been married to my wife for 2 Month now. Everything is ok going ok in our marriage. We are enjoying time together, eating out, travelling and also having good intemate time with each other. But we are able to have sex with each other, initial because of being uncomfortable to do intemate thinks together, but now mainly due to possibilities that me might have to face pain, my genetals remains dry through out that give in irritation, also I am not able to penetrate, as I kind of thinks that her veginal opning is small. I do tried fingering but see didn't liked it. Also trying to do so I am often loose confidence and also also loose arrosal and desire to go ahead. Please help use so that we can enjoy more of our sexual life.
Ans: Dear Anonymous,
There's obviously an issue when it comes to sexual intimacy. But when you are very strictly focused on something not happening, it becomes stress and sexual intimacy in stress never happens.
If there is no medical issue, then it's purely about indulging in a lot of foreplay, a lot emotional bonding and most importantly learn to laugh a lot together. This releases a lot of strain and stress if any from both of you as a couple which in turn will help in intimacy.
If this still doesn't work, do get a medical opinion on any possible reasons that maybe preventing either of you from enjoying the process.

All the best!

Career
As per my JEE main result I may get admission in following college: BIT Mesra- ECE branch THAPAR - CSE IIIT KOTA- CSE IIIT Ngpur- CSE IIIT Guwahati (not sure)- CSE Could you please suggest what should be order of preference.
Ans: Here's a suggested order of preference based on the colleges and branches you've mentioned, along with explanations:
1. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology - CSE: Thapar is a well-established engineering institution, and CSE is generally considered a highly desirable branch.
If your son is inclined towards CSE, Thapar is a strong choice.
2. BIT Mesra - ECE: BIT Mesra is a prestigious engineering institute. While ECE might not be as sought-after as CSE, BIT Mesra's reputation and placement record can be attractive.
3. IIIT Kota - CSE: IIITs are known for their focus on IT and computer science.
IIIT Kota is generally considered a good option, particularly for CSE.
4. IIIT Nagpur - CSE: IIIT Nagpur is another reputable IIIT.
If you are looking for CSE, IIIT Nagpur is a strong contender.
5. IIIT Guwahati - CSE: IIIT Guwahati is a National Institute of Technology (NIT).
IIIT Guwahati is generally considered a decent option for CSE.
Important Considerations:
Branch Preference: Your personal preference for ECE vs. CSE is crucial. If you strongly prefer CSE, that should be a major factor in your decision.
College Reputation and Placement: Consider the reputation of each college and its placement record.
IIIT Focus: IIITs are known for their focus on IT and computer science, so they might be a good choice if you have a strong interest in those areas.
