Hi doctor, My wife is 48 years old. Recently we were planing to have intercourse. But I noticed that she is not wet enough and her vagina was not well lubricated. So I did not penetrate thinking of pain she may have. Is it normal?. She is very much interested in sex. How we can overcome this? Regards.

I am 67 years old with married life of 41 years. my wife aged 58 years old, underwent Hysterectomy 8 years back due to ovarian cyst. I am interested in Sex. my wife doesn't have any interest in sex. we use vaginal lubricants also. how to solve this problem.

Ans: A hysterectomy is no reason to stop having sex, but there may be associated physical factors that your wife is perhaps coping with. Doctors are no strangers to the issues women face sexually in light of menopause and related conditions. I think a frank consultation with a medical expert may help your situation more than I can.

Hello, Anu I have been married to my wife for 2 Month now. Everything is ok going ok in our marriage. We are enjoying time together, eating out, travelling and also having good intemate time with each other. But we are able to have sex with each other, initial because of being uncomfortable to do intemate thinks together, but now mainly due to possibilities that me might have to face pain, my genetals remains dry through out that give in irritation, also I am not able to penetrate, as I kind of thinks that her veginal opning is small. I do tried fingering but see didn't liked it. Also trying to do so I am often loose confidence and also also loose arrosal and desire to go ahead. Please help use so that we can enjoy more of our sexual life.

There's obviously an issue when it comes to sexual intimacy. But when you are very strictly focused on something not happening, it becomes stress and sexual intimacy in stress never happens.
If there is no medical issue, then it's purely about indulging in a lot of foreplay, a lot emotional bonding and most importantly learn to laugh a lot together. This releases a lot of strain and stress if any from both of you as a couple which in turn will help in intimacy.
If this still doesn't work, do get a medical opinion on any possible reasons that maybe preventing either of you from enjoying the process.

Ans: Can look at getting a RIA license and work as an advisor. Can also look at working as a consultant in relevant companies. But these are risky options with no steady source of income. Another option would be to do PhD and try being a teacher. Can do PhD along with your job.

Ans: The kind of college you pass your graduation from does not actually matter when you want to take admission to management college. You will have to get a good score in the entrance exam. Would also recommend you to work so that you have some work experience which do have some weightage which may help to cover up your lower 12th std academics for top management colleges.

Ans: You need a graduation to do an MBA. So you will have to do a graduation degree before you plan to do MBA. Can do graduation through correspondence along with your job. But understand that when you apply for MBA work experience is usually calculated from the time you completed your graduation.

Hi sir. I'm a 3rd year BSc Mathematics & Statistics student. After graduating I'm planning on taking a gap year to prepare for some entrance exams. I have a few options -- MSc Operations Research through IIT JAM, MSc Quantitative Economics at ISI and MSc Data Science at CMI. All of them sound interesting so I'm confused as to which path to choose. What should I look for when making my decision? Also could you suggest what activities I should take up during my gap year that will influence my cv positively and not make it look like I spent the entire year just studying.

Ans: Look out for the placements that they provide as well as the course curriculum. It is advisable to work while you prepare for entrance exams but you could do relevant short term courses relevant to your field during this period.

Considering high percentile obtained by thousands of students who remain in the bracket of 95%-99.8% or even 100% , It can be predicted about the college . Normally vacant seats if any are there you may get college of your choice in the state but as I mentioned , these things cant be predicted.

Mujhe 12th board mein compartment dene ke baad bhi ST category mein 63% aaye hai aur jee mains 2025 mein mere 91% aaye hai kya mein jee advance ke liye eligible hu.

Ans: Dear Anisha , As per new JEE regulations , Board exam percentile is also calculated for your eligibility for JEE Advance. You may get some advantage of reservation quota but you need to wait for final list from JEE as there are many streams which remain vacant . and hence you may get a. call.

It seems that you have accepted that you are average or slightly better than average students , hence want to study BBA . Let me suggest BBA will not give you high paying jobs either initially or even in later phase of your career . I suggest my students to complete graduation then go for MBA from any good institution. if you work hard , try for better in entrance exams conducted by various deemed universities, you may land good job . Marketing , Finance , HR , International business studies etc can offer you campus placement opportunities. In Pune Symbiosis is a reputed one, you should try there.

You did not mention the category. But with a score of 92.39, it would be difficult to get the admission to top NITs. Focus on 2nd attempt and try to score min 98 to 99%tile for sure shot admission in NITs. With existing score, you may admission to REC's.
