I very easily suffer from gas bloating and constipation. So I have been taking Harde table (Zandu's Haritaki) for last many years. I have focused on increasing fruits and vegetables in my diet. However, slowly my harde intake has gone up to 4 tablets daily to keep it clear everyday. 1 day of mild constipation & I am badly bloated so much that I even get labored breathing and mildy asthmatic. However, its like walking on a precipice. 1 day of dinner at a wedding and I indulge, I am back to square one. I am vegetarian, dont smoke or drink, home meals are not very oily or spicy, have reduced eating out to max of once a week. I am 43M and overweight. But no BP or sugar as yet. What can I do to restore my gut and digestive system?
