What exactly do you need from my side?

As you know, both fields are different and each requires practice to gain expertise. BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is an undergraduate program in dentistry, while PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) is considered a postgraduate course. After completing a PharmD, one must consider pursuing a doctorate program, and there are currently no specializations available in India. However, abroad, you can claim expertise in a specific department.

On the other hand, after completing BDS, you can pursue a specialization at the postgraduate level and also have the opportunity to open your own clinic.

I am middle class family belong bI has taken MBBS seat at pravate medical college with tution fee yearly 12 laksh now I am feeling guilty so please clearly it's worth and my dicision is right or worng I am confused

Hello Sir, I am a 30-year-old male currently investing 60,000 per month in mutual funds through SIPs. For the past three years, I have been contributing 12,000 each month to the following mutual funds: 1. Parag Parikh Flexi Cap (Flexi Cap) 2. Canara Robeco Emerging Equities (Large + Mid cap) 3. Canara Robeco Bluechip Equity (Large cap) 4. Quant Active Fund (Multi cap) 5. Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund (Mid cap). I am considering removing the large cap fund from my portfolio. I am contemplating the best way to reallocate the 12,000. My options are to distribute 3,000 each across the other four funds or to add the entire 12,000 to the Parag Parikh Flexi Cap. If I allocate everything to Parag Parikh, my portfolio might become large cap heavy. However, if I distribute the amount, then the total mid cap allocation might equal the total large cap allocation (is it okay in the long term), which also leaves me unsure of the best approach. I would appreciate your advice on what might be the right approach given these considerations. Thank you!

Through PPFAS flexicap fund you also get exposure to US tech stocks like Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon and Meta.

My suggestion would be to allocate entirely to PPFAS flexicap fund, monitor performance for 2-3 years and then make changes, if required.

Also my advice would be to shift to Nippon India Multicap Fund.

Own Industrial Plot - Rs. 2.0 Cr Business Income Yearly Rs. 24.00 Lack Own Company Investment ( Machinery, Debtors Etc ) - Rs 2.40 Cr Mutual Fund & Share Market Investment Rs. 2.10 Cr Bank FD - Rs. 50.00 Lack Own 3 Flats in Pune - Rs. 75 lack, 50 Lack & 35 Lack ( Current Values ) Golds - Rs. 25.00 Lack Land - Agriculture - Rs. 50.00 Lack Term Insurances - Rs. 20.00 Lack ( Till Date Premium Paid ) Labilities. House Loan - Rs. 30.00 Lack ( EMI 26500.00 PM ) Loan will close after 17 years. Car Loan - Rs. 6.35 lack ( EMI 12500.00 PM ) Loan will close after 5 years. What is the expected monthly rental from industrial plot and machinery?

Are you currently occupying one of the flats mentioned here or are all of them given on rent?

Also your term life insurance is very low. You should have minimum term insurance cover of 2.4 Cr.

You have good assets in agri land, industrial land, gold, real estate but they are relatively illiquid when need arises hence term insurance cover with riders for critical care and accident benefit are an absolute must!

Considering the home loan tenure of 17 years and 3 small kids in the family to be supported for education and decent lifestyle, I am not sure if you can retire in 7 years timeframe from now.

However I would appreciate your reply to my queries above, before I give my firm view about your retirement in 7 years timeframe.

Are you sure that you can crack JEE 2025 with cut-off marks? If Yes, then you have to think. But if not, you can proceed with filling the form with the 10th mark sheet DOB. At least in 1st trial, you can check your eligibility to face the examination. If in the January attempt, you feel you can crack the JEE examination, you can exercise change of birth on your documents and submit an affidavit to JEE authorities at the time of the 2nd attempt (i.e. in the April session). Ans: all above mentioned stocks are penny stocks and BAD quality. There is no target for such companies as they are treated as GARBAGE for me.

I want excel sheet for calculation of PF 12%, if basic pay is 20000 and 12% pf to be deducted on less than or equal to 15000

Ans: Hello;

Not possible to share excel sheet here but calculation is given below;

Employee contribution (EPF): 12% of basic(20000)= 2400

Employer contribution (EPF): 3.67% of basic(20000)=734

Employer contribution (EPS): 8.33% of Basic or 15K= 1250

Hi, I am 43y male. My wife is a homemaker. I currently have around 10Lacs saving. One own flat with current market value of Rs 1.3Cr A outstanding loan balance of Rs 30Lacs I have my own business and earn about 2Lacs per month and total monthly expenses are around 1.5-1.7Lacs including the bank EMIs. Kids (both girl) in 3rd and 1st standard. Saving around 20k per month for both kids in their sukanya account. What should be my financial strategy to retire in next 10 years

Since you have less time available (10 yr) for building retirement corpus, monthly sip amount required will be high but that doesn't seem feasible with your current income and expenses.

What is the networth of your business as on today? Can you plan to sell it over the next 10 years to fund your retirement corpus?

If you make 30 K monthly sip you may expect to a build a corpus of 3 Cr in 20 years considering modest return of 12% from pure equity mutual funds.

If you make a monthly sip of 1.2 L in Kotak equity savings fund (moderate risk) then you may expect to accumulate a sum of around 50 L in 3 years considering modest return of 9%.

You may use this as down payment for your house purchase and fund the balance through loan.

Ans: Hello;

You may invest your corpus into following two funds in proportion of 50:50,

1. Kotak Arbitrage fund (low risk)
You may consider modest return of 6% from this scheme.

2. ICICI Pru equity savings fund (low to moderate risk). You may consider modest return of 8% from this scheme.

Theses investments will retain purchasing power of your corpus aginst inflation and deliver some real returns too with low to moderate risk.

This is in accordance with your age and commensurate risk appetite.

You mean to say that I should invest ?50 lakhs each only in two funds...... can you explain this as I seem to be uncomfortable in this plan.... please don't mind my raising this quesry

Ans: Hello;

Your query is valid. At your age and risk profile I do not recommend you invest in pure equity funds or even hybrid funds with high risk ratings.

Even in equity savings type mutual fund category the individual fund risk rating varies from "low to moderate risk" for ICICI Pru equity savings fund, "moderate risk" for kotak equity savings fund and "moderately high" risk rating for SBI equity savings fund.

I propose a modified plan for you:

1.Kotak Arbitrage fund: 20 L
2. Invesco Arbitrage fund: 20 L
3. ICICI Pru equity savings fund: 20 L
4. Kotak equity savings fund: 20 L
5. DSP Strategic Bond fund: 10 L
6. SBI Magnum Gilt fund: 10 L

Gilt fund only invests in government securities so no credit risk but interest rate risk is there.

Dynamic bond fund(for eg DSP Strategic Bond fund)are type of debt mutual funds. The aim of this fund is to offer 'optimal' return in both the rising and falling interest rate scenarios. It depends entirely on the fund manager's decisions and management of the portfolio.
