I am planning to buy stocks of PVR and Infosys. Current price of Infosys is Rs.922/ and PVR is Rs. 1056/-. Can you let me know is it worth to invest on above 2 stocks right now? Pl. advice wether to hold/sell/accumulate this shares... I can Hold for 4-5 yrs if needed to accumulate. Awaiting your Reply. Thanks

Ans:

Buy PVR in a gradual manner over the next one year.

Infosys can be bought on dips. (5-10% correction)

Ans: You can invest in both the stocks for long term but in staggered manner. Please note that PVR can fall further due to uncertain situation but once things will began to normalize and theaters re-opens, it will start to pick-up gradually.

i have 100 Infosys shares @Rs.1350/- . Shall I hold or sell? I am a long term investor.

Ans: Improving Cash Flow from operation for last 2 years and Annual Net Profits improving for last 2 years is a good sign. Overall IT is in negative sentiments hence the price fall. Will suggest to HOLD as you are a long term Investor.
Plz note Long Term means atleast 5years.

Sir if i failed in boards 2024-2025 but i got 99 percentile in jee mains 2025 will this marks be considered for 2025-26 if i am gonna give improvement exam or should i write a new exam for 2025-26??

Ans: Very surprising. If you fail in the 2024-25 board exams, your 99 percentile in JEE Mains 2025 will not be valid for admission since you must pass Class 12 with at least 75%.
First, focus on clearing your boards in the compartment exam in July 2025.
If you pass with 75% (or 65% for SC/ST), you can still take admission with your 2025 JEE Mains score.
If not, prepare for JEE Mains 2026 and improve your board marks together.

Hello sir, I am a first year BTech CSE student at IIT Bhilai. When I had joined the college the average package for my branch was 19LPA but this year the average package has fallen down to 15 LPA. Given that recession is going on across the globe and that the alumni network of IIT Bhilai is not very vast, I feel that getting a degree from this college will be waste of my money. Should I drop this college and appear this year for BITSAT or should I try to complete my degree and then go for MBA from top IIMs like ABC?

Ans: IIT Bhilai is far better than Bits. Check faculty profiles. So, complete your degree and then go for MBA from top IIMs like ABC.

Ans: Based on previous years' trends, you have a fair chance of getting CSE or IT in some of the lower NITs or newer NITs. See previous years' cut off

Ans: CSE Possibilities in NITs
NIT Agartala – High chance for CSE in later rounds.
NIT Mizoram, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim – High chance for CSE.
NIT Silchar – Possible for CSE in later rounds (since it's your home state NIT).

ECE Possibilities in NITs
NIT Silchar – High chance for ECE due to Home State Quota.
NIT Jalandhar, NIT Raipur, NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur – Possible for ECE.
