I have nippon denro ispat ltd, physical shares 50 nos. & 5nos. con. debentures. How many conversion shares of JSW Ltd and what process for demet of shares please give me your help, thanks to all.

Ans: Your 50 shares of Nippon Denro Ispat Ltd would have been converted into JSW Steel shares based on the merger ratio of 1:72, meaning 1 JSW Steel share for every 72 shares of JSW Ispat. Since you have 50 shares, unfortunately, they wouldn't qualify for a full JSW Steel share under this ratio. However, there may have been a cash settlement for fractional shares at the time of the merger.
Regarding your 5 convertible debentures, their conversion terms would depend on the specific issuance details. If they were eligible for conversion into equity, you may need to check with JSW Steel or your registrar for the exact conversion ratio.

Dematerialization Process for Your Shares:
To convert your physical shares into electronic form, follow these steps:
1) Open a Demat Account: If you don’t already have one, open an account with a Depository Participant (DP) registered with NSDL or CDSL.
2) Fill the Dematerialization Request Form (DRF): Obtain the DRF from your DP and fill it out.
3) Submit Physical Share Certificates: Along with the DRF, submit your original share certificates to your DP.
4) Verification & Processing: Your DP will verify the details and send the request to the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) of JSW Steel.
5) Confirmation & Credit to Demat Account: Once verified, the shares will be credited to your Demat account, making them tradable electronically.

Hope this helps.
