Ans: If you do have the financial capabilities send him to USA for a Ph.D. He needs an excellent GRE Score, a standard TOEFL score, three good recommendations from his professors and employees and one good SOP ( statement of purpose). Ph.D comes with full funding. But still for support 30-40 lakhs rupees must be ready. You can get overseas education loan from CREDILA. But he should stick to Research line only. Ans: You are having twelve years of experience and I do think your age must be around 34. So for Govt. jobs your age limit is already over. You can do some good certificate course in ESG (( Env. Social Growth) and try for some good private jobs. There is no point in sticking to a contractual job for long time. Just follow me. I don't see any other options apart from Data Science. Ai and Machine learning. But it needs special certification course with collaboration with some famous IIT and before joining the course at least three months you must practise CODING and other things by viewing online videos and videos of UDEMY. I understand your concern, but in my opinion, if a man says something like "no seal, no deal," it is better to stay single forever than marry someone as crude as that. Having cleared that out, I assure you that all men are not like that. Your past is your past; if someone has a problem with that, it is theirs. But not every man will have an issue with body count, or even ask you to reveal it. Relationships are very common in today's day and age and that means everyone has a past. I am sure you can afford to keep a relationship running for more than 6 months, but I am not sure why you are not being able to- maybe you are dating people who are incompatible or there might be issues with your commitment style. The value of your investments after 10 years;

A. EPF Corpus+Contribution: 1.6 Cr
B. NPS Corpus+Contribution: 53 L
C. MF(sip) + Gold(sip): 25 L
D. Real estate (land): 3.26 Cr

So sum of A, C & D gives us a corpus of 5.11 Cr

Since you will withdraw NPS before 60 age 80% of corpus will go into annuity while 20% will be available to you.

So you may expect monthly income of around 21 K from annuity(42.4 L).

Balance 10.6 L get added to 5.11L taking your total corpus to ~ 5.2 Cr.

If you invest 5 Cr in a conservative hybrid debt fund and do a SWP at the rate of 3%, you may expect a monthly income of around 1.1 L(post-tax).

Add your monthly rental income of 36 K(No growth factored) and annuity income of 21 K to this and you have total monthly income of 1.67 L after 10 years.

Your current monthly expenses of 50 K after 10 years would be around 90 K and 1.6 L after 20 years.

Considering return of around 7-7.5% from the conservative hybrid debt fund you will still generate inflation adjusted return at 3% SWP after 80 years of age.

Ans: Yes you can get placed in top reputed company after completing MTech from IIT. But it may not be easy. You will have to secure admission into one of the top IITs. Out there you will have to perform exceptionally well in academics and in field that is relevant to what is required for by top companies. You may have to take part and perform well in some of the inter college events like Hackathon at National . International level. Even then getting a package of Rs. 1 cr may be possible but not easy.
