Ans: Dont do BTech+MTech as MTech degree is not a good option unless you are sure you want to continue in technical line which is difficult to decide now. Even if you want to continue then can look at writing GATE and getting into a better college for MTech after graduation. For BTech choose the field you want if you have any specific preference. If you do not have interest in any specific field then go as per ranking of the college. Take up whichever college has better ranking.
