Ans: Compounded Profit Growth for Adani total gas for last 5 Years is 28%, but even after the correction it is still very expensive. your buy price at Rs. 2000 was maybe at a P/E of 400 or 500, which is something unbelievably high. Entry point has to be correct otherwise such issues do arise.

Hi, My age is 50 and i have one House which is under loan paying 13432 per Month and having one appartment , and i have a debt of 30 L paying emi of 80 K and need to pay of another 4 years , I am going to sell my appartment to close alm My debt and after this I can save 1 L per month. By the age of 60 I want to save 1 to 1.5 crore and also want to invest in Bonds for regular monthly income , suggest ways to save .

Ans: If you do SIP of 61K in a retirement mutual fund for 10 years, you can expect achieve a corpus of 1.5 Cr after 10 years.(Modest return of 13% assumed)

You can use this corpus to buy annuity, invest in PMVVY and SCSS or do a SWP for regular payouts.

You can invest in Post Office monthly income scheme for monthly payouts(current interest rate is 7.4%; If singly held then investment limit is 9 L and for joint holding it is 15 L; 5 year tenure) at this stage.

Hello sir , my son completed his Diploma in mech engg. after 10th and working at jsw steel as campus placed . pl suggest how he can do B tech while working or he shd leave job to do B tech. pl guide

To do BTech, it would be better to leave the job. Doing B.Tech. while earning is not recommended. Yet, if your financial conditions do not permit, then he can do so. For B.Tech. admission, keep a close eye on a state-level counseling process where your son can apply for it. If eligible, your son will be admitted to 2nd year of mechanical engineering.

dear sir, i've got civil engineering in Jadavpur university....i want to pursue a career in mechatronics and AI robotics and do MS abroad in these subjects....i have an option of upgrading my branch to power eng, production eng and chemical eng.....i will do an online cs course to upskill myself in coding...what branch do u think i should prefer/ what should be my preference order?

Your aims are different but you have been admitted to Jadavpur for Civil Engineering. Upgrading to Power Engg, Product branch will not solve your problems. At any time you can do CS courses online to upskill your knowledge in coding. It would be better for you to join any good institute for CSE + AI/ML to fulfill your dreams of working in Robotics and allied fields. If possible, shift from Civll to CSE AI/ML/DS

(2) Bennett: CSE Core (Management Quota)
(3) JAYPEE Guna: CSE
All are reputed institutions and have a good track record.
To suggest, Bennett University might be a better choice for overall exposure and placement, but your final decision should also consider location, cost, and campus facilities.

I am looking to build a corpus of 2 crores for my children's education, 1 crore for their marriages, and to buy two additional houses. I also aim to accumulate a retirement corpus of 10 crores. Please advise on how I can achieve these goals in the next 10-15 years. Current Savings: • Fixed Deposit: 16 lakhs • Shares: 72 lakhs • Provident Fund (PF): 1.4 crores • Mutual Funds: 15 lakhs • Public Provident Fund (PPF): 10.5 lakhs • ULIP: 21 lakhs Ongoing Investments: • ULIP: 3 lakhs/year (for the next 3 years) • PPF: 1.5 lakhs/year (for the next 8 years) • Provident Fund (PF): 82,000/month Including company contribution. • Mutual Fund SIP: 60,000/month • Shares SIP: 30,000/month • Additional Shares Investment: 5 lakhs/year

Ans: Your current savings add upto 2.745 Cr.

Assuming you keep them invested and considering composite moderate return of 8% this will grow upto a sum of 8.71 Cr after 15 years.

Ongoing investments will lead you to a corpus of 6.66 Cr after 15 years(Appropriate conservative returns considering the various investment instruments)

6.66+8.71=15.37 Cr

I don’t think there is big difference between IITs or Iiits or Nits. All are national institutions of importance. But somehow IITs attract higher rankers of JEE. So MNCs prefer to reach IITs for grab good students and pay higher packages. Students who don’t get chance in IITs, join Nits or IITs. The institutions like Nit Rourkela or Iiit Delhi or Iiit Hyderabad are far better than many new IITs. Even students from many private engineering colleges excel well in career. Main problem in the present day is colleges are suffering for shortages of right quality faculty members; because MNCs pay lump sum money to attract bright students. As a result, students don’t get motivated to join as faculties in their career. This is the global problem

Suggestion: If you have a desire and wish to change the education system in India, then try to get a seat (i.e. IAS post) in the HRD Ministry which is deciding supreme authority about how the education policy to be implemented from KG to PG and above that.

Hi sir I and 46 and want to invest 45k to 50k as sip in Mutual Fund. Please suggest where can I invest.

Ans: I recommend you to invest in HDFC Retirement Savings fund equity plan.

It comes with a 5 year lock-in.

If you do a SIP of 50K for 15 years you can expect a corpus of 3Cr+ (14% return assumed).

As you get closer to your target transfer your gains into suitable debt fund to avoid volatility affect your gains.
