Why I get nose cuts often which causes nose bleeding even if I gently pick my nose .

Ans: Nose mucosa lining may be thin for some. Under this mucosa layer there is rich network of blood vessels. So dry nose, stretches these fragile capillaries to let nose bleeding
Sometimes this also could be a readily of factor viii (Clotting factor) deficiency.
So get yourself checked for factor viii levels and rule out Vonwillibrand disease. If this is so, nothing to worry all you need to do is not to pick your nose

Last few day i am suffering with nose blockage and headache when ever i ate - feel bitter taste at early morning - what could be the reason

Ans: These symptoms look like you have sinusitis and have post nasal discharge. Things you need to take care are
1.Do not sleep under fan and keep your room temperature not lesser than 27
2.Steam inhalation with Karvol plus helps
3.Apply nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops thrice a day
4. Have your dinner early before 7 pm and have a light dinner

I'm 60 year old. I'm fit and fine healthwise but concern was sputum from nose and throat. Consulted specialist but issue recurs. any remedies from you

Ans: It is most probably a post nasal drip. Have you seen an ENT specialist. Could try regular breathing exercises (pranayam) . Swimming helps. May need to use a steroid based nasal spray for some time.
