suffering from back pain and want to loose weight

Ans: You should diagnose the reason for your back pain by visiting a medical practitioner. If you are overweight and that is the reason for your back pain, then you should lose body weight based on your Body Mass Index(BMI). Incorporate lifestyle and dietary modifications accordingly. Adopt an exercise regimen as advised by your doctor.
