Roopashree Sharma Ur answer to my query dt july 20. I'm not a diabetic and not taking BP medicine. The problem is 2 30 am, 5 30 am I pee. 6 am I rinse my mouth again per very little sometimes no Any general medication ( but not general medicine) natural therapy I need

Ans: To treat an over active bladder, you should also avoid caffeine, alcohol in your diet. Other reasons can be muscle fatigue, overweight, etc. You can start with daily walks, and slowly basic Yog asanas but only under supervision of a good teacher. If it still sustains you can visit a naturopathy center for full detox and diet plan.

Ans: Do not drink too much water after 7pm. Get yourself tested for diabetes and also confirm if you are taking any blood pressure medication. Then I will be able to guide further.

i am 42 years, weight 72, i have a problem of urine leakage in underwear and i have to go for bathroom every 30 minutes. i have consulted urologist, and as per his advise i have checked i took diabetes tests and some urology tests. All tests are normal. But my problem is still continuing.

I am 66, worked in sales marketing and warehouse management for over 30 years in Southern African. Retired a year back and came to India. After sitting home for a year found it very difficult, boaring and health loosing, again felt a strong desire in me to do some work, will prefer work from home or out, for 5-6 hrs, again enabling me to spend a health enjoyable and active life.
