I'm a 26 F and recently saw a spike in TSH (4.4) AND T3 T4 are normal. Consulted 2 docs and they said it is normal for girls to have this. I have been facing terrible hair loss since 9 months. Sudden weight spike even when I lift weights. Extremely painful period. Periods are coming every 3 weeks. Water retention etc. I have been put on thyronorm 25mg.
