Is it normal to not be able to touch toes?

Ans: Yes, it’s completely normal if you can’t touch your toes, especially if you're new to yoga or have tight hamstrings. Flexibility varies from person to person, and many people struggle with this initially. Regular practice of stretching and yoga poses like Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) or Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) will gradually improve your flexibility.

Don’t force it—listen to your body and ease into the stretches. With time, consistency, and patience, you’ll find that your range of motion will naturally increase, and you may eventually touch your toes.
