I get pain in left calf every night .why

If the doctor determines that the pain is purely muscular, consulting a physiotherapist can be beneficial for pain relief and to learn stretching exercises that may help alleviate the discomfort. PAIN IN RIGHT BACK SIDE OF CALF SINCE 7 DAYS, TAKING PAIN KILLER AND GAS TABLETS HAVE NO EFFECT, WHAT TO DO???

Ans: Hello Suresh,
This could be a calf muscle strain or related to the back.
Icing 10 minutes 3-4 times a day could help.
Else please once show to an orthopedic or physiotherapist nearby. Techniques like Ultrasound, calf muscle release, dry needling, taping may really help.

How did the pain start? Have you done your blood tests especially for Vit D3 and Vit B12? What other investigation have you done to understand the cause of the calf pain? Is it both calves or only one? When is the pain more? Morning when you wake up or after walking or at night while sleeping?
What has the Dr given as cause of the calf pain?

Ans: Please reduce your weight if you have increased in weight.
This could be an inflammatory process of the Achilles tendons at the ankle.
Avoid white sugars
And check your footwear's
Wear soft cushioned slippers at home too.
Give contrast foot baths like 2 mts in warm water and half a minute in cold water and keep repeating for 10-15mts before sleep
Keep your feet elevated on a pillow before sleeping.
Consult a physiotherapist for good calf muscle stretches

Hi, My age is 50 and i have one House which is under loan paying 13432 per Month and having one appartment , and i have a debt of 30 L paying emi of 80 K and need to pay of another 4 years , I am going to sell my appartment to close alm My debt and after this I can save 1 L per month. By the age of 60 I want to save 1 to 1.5 crore and also want to invest in Bonds for regular monthly income , suggest ways to save .

To do BTech, it would be better to leave the job. Doing B.Tech. while earning is not recommended. Yet, if your financial conditions do not permit, then he can do so. For B.Tech. admission, keep a close eye on a state-level counseling process where your son can apply for it. If eligible, your son will be admitted to 2nd year of mechanical engineering.

dear sir, i've got civil engineering in Jadavpur university....i want to pursue a career in mechatronics and AI robotics and do MS abroad in these subjects....i have an option of upgrading my branch to power eng, production eng and chemical eng.....i will do an online cs course to upskill myself in coding...what branch do u think i should prefer/ what should be my preference order?

Your aims are different but you have been admitted to Jadavpur for Civil Engineering. Upgrading to Power Engg, Product branch will not solve your problems. At any time you can do CS courses online to upskill your knowledge in coding. It would be better for you to join any good institute for CSE + AI/ML to fulfill your dreams of working in Robotics and allied fields. If possible, shift from Civll to CSE AI/ML/DS
