My teeth are not so strong at the age of 46, what should I do for these

Ans: Hello
By "not so strong" do you mean that your teeth are more prone to decay (cavities) and chip off easily?
If so, your teeth could be deficient in Calcium. I'm assuming you have always maintained good oral hygiene. Unfortunately calcium supplements taken after childhood do not help as tooth formation is already complete by then.
You might benefit from using certain special toothpastes which claim to remineralise teeth. But, in general, it means you need to take extra care with your rinsing/brushing/flossing to keep your teeth healthy.
If by "not so strong" you mean your teeth are shaking or you cannot confidently bite something hard, the fault lies not in your teeth but with your gums and supporting structures. Weak or infected gums can be easily treated. Please visit your dentist so that the problem can be diagnosed and appropriately treated

To provide you with some background, I have previously undergone root canal treatment (RCT) for six of my molars, 02 removed, approximately 12 years ago. However, it seems that my dental issues have persisted, and I am concerned about their long-term impact on my oral health. Given my current age of 38, I am motivated to take proactive steps to ensure the best possible care for my teeth. I kindly request your professional advice on the following: Is there a permanent solution available to address the ongoing issues with my molars? What preventive measures can I take to maintain the health of my remaining teeth? Are there any specific dental treatments or procedures that you recommend in my case? How often should I schedule dental check-ups to monitor and manage my oral health effectively? Ans: First of all, it's important to realise that no solution or treatment can be guaranteed to last a lifetime. At best you can hope for and seek long-term solutions. Even so, your oral health and hygiene will have to be reviewed periodically and corrective action taken as and when necessary.
To prevent further decay and to preserve your restored teeth in good health you need to brush/floss well at least twice a day. Preferably after every meal. And you need to see your dentist every 6 months.
Please consult your dentist who can evaluate the condition of your teeth and gums and then suggest the best possible treatment for you

Resected Madam, I am a 72 years male . I had undergone left hemicolectomy with diversion ileostomy ( open "Surgery" )for carcinoma descending colon on 23 March,2024 and the stoma closure was done on 17th July,2024. As per the consultant Oncologist the carcinoma was localized , did not spread to other parts of the body and I was not advised to undergone chemotherapy etc for the same reason. Kindly advise which Yoga postures I can practice now to ease constipation and also the yoga postures I must not / avoid now. With Kind Regards,
Ans: After your surgery, gentle yoga postures can help ease constipation and improve digestion. Start with simple poses like Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), which can relieve gas and promote bowel movements. Lie on your back, hug one knee to your chest, and gently press it down to your abdomen, then switch legs. Practicing Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) can also be very calming and helps stimulate digestion. Breathe deeply and allow your body to relax fully.

However, avoid intense twisting poses (like Ardha Matsyendrasana) and deep forward bends as these may strain your abdominal area. Also, postpone advanced poses or any practice that puts pressure on your core until you’ve fully regained strength and mobility.

Consulting a certified yoga coach is essential to ensure you perform these poses safely, especially after surgery. A coach can help you adapt postures to your current needs and gradually increase the intensity as you progress.
