I am a 77 years old male . During last 1 year approx I am facing blackout all of a sudden & falling on the floor. I have got checked 3 doctors 3 times during previous black outs. I get fainted for a short time 30 seconds approx, one doctor asked me to take x-ray of shoulder area , that revealed two bone 3rd & 4th has come closer. I am trying for a certified physiotherapist for treatment . I need to know what is the real cause and what sort of treatment will cure my problem?

Ans: Hello Prabir,
Have you consulted a neurologist too?
Black outs can be due to many reasons like low bp, some issue in the brain area, vestibular issues or yes maybe from neck and shoulder muscles being tight.
First you need to rule this out with a neurologist. If all ok from his/her side then you can visit a physiotherapist. They will need to check mainly the sides of your neck muscles called as sternocleidomastoid muscle for trigger points. Accordingly if tight they will need to do release the muscles via myofascial release techniques like dry needling, cupping etc.

Sir, I am aged 31 yrs, working in Railways. I have been suffering from extreme body weakness for the past 9 years (from April 2014), which I don’t know why it happened to me. I was extremely confused the weakness happened. I was not able to do anything causally and some sort of inner pain was there always. Not able to tell whether it is muscle or bone pain. Immediately I took the vitamin - D test, it was low, but even after improving vitamin - D profile, the pain did not go. I could not go out easily in the sun, as I feel like fainting and the pain was always there. The pain has gradually reduced over the days, but not fully. I am really worried about my future, as to when this will end and can carry out normal activities. I am now easily struggling to carry out day-to-day activities easily and casually, so restrict my activities like going to work etc. and do not spend time on other things. During the start of this problem, my parents didn’t believe me and said I was bluffing. I somewhat moving my days with extreme difficulty, and really need help and I don’t know whom to consult for this problem. Kindly help me in this regard.

Ans: This could be Chronic fatigue syndrome. Happens in people who have tremendous stress, sleeping difficulty and no timely meals. Kindly check with a Medical specialist

Good Evening Sir,I am Deepak from Maharashtra. In 2017 I met an incident and got fractured DV3, Diffuse Axonal Injury, fractured shaft femur Lt , fractured scapula. My right leg is weak , involuntary movement in lower limb , difficulty to walking. I did many therapies but not get result. Please suggest me what I am do ???

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.
