My systolic pressure is very high usually and is out of control. Yesterday the first reading was 169/86, 2ND reading 151/84 and third reading was 153/82 taken within 5 minutes duration. It seems to be fluctuating. Few years ago I had echo it was found normal. My creatinine level is within limit but on borderline. My job is sedentary and I do have fatty lever. At times my head reels a lot and i feel dizzy. What should I do?
