I am 46 years old male. I have been on blood pressure medicine from the last 23 years. Now I am on Telmasartan 80 + CT 6.25 in morning and Nebimac 2.5 at evening. My systolic pressure is very high usually and is out of control. Yesterday the first reading was 169/86, 2ND reading 151/84 and third reading was 153/82 taken within 5 minutes duration. It seems to be fluctuating. Few years ago I had echo it was found normal. My creatinine level is within limit but on borderline. My job is sedentary and I do have fatty lever. At times my head reels a lot and i feel dizzy. What should I do?

Doctor , I am 54 years old , 86 Kgs and 6 feet 1 inch tall, pure vegetarian, in 2017 I was diagnosed with high BP it was monitored by a MD physician in Mumbai and I was started with telma 40 1 tab daily in 2020 my BP shot up against inspite of daily mediation all tests including cardiac were perfect , medicine was changed and I was given olmesartan 40 along with 5 mg , S numlo 5 mg my BP is around 130/80 sometimes 130/90 , is this combination fine or should I reduce the dosage , doctor says let the dosage be the same continue in same way walk 20 min a day and maintain minimum salt intake, also since 2017 we started using sendha namak instead of regular iodised salt , daily morning 1 a to z , every month d3 60 k and twice a week b12 meganeuron of plus please advice if all this fine or need to change/add anything at present everything is good

I am 56 years of age. Since last two years I have regularly taking one tablet of Telmasartan 40, after being advised by the Doctor. However still my BP remains in the region of 160/100 to 150/90. Do I need to change the medicine and for that matter, consult a doctor.
