What are the exact steps to complete the KCET 2026 registration and make sure my application is accepted?

Ans: Please review the KCET 2026 brochure, which outlines all steps in a dummy format. Visit the official KCET portal. Create your login account. Pay the application fee. Fill out the detailed application form. Upload the required documents. Review and submit the form. Documents You Must Keep Ready: SSLC/Class-10 marksheet, Aadhaar card, valid mobile number and email, scanned photo and signature.

Hi need to clear some confusion i am a kcet dropper and kcet form will be open next week so as for document verification as a dropper when shld i do it when i was a fresher the school did it now as a dropper where shld i go and when shld i get it verified can i fill the form before the document verification??

Ans: You can fill the KCET form before document verification, and as a dropper, you must get your documents verified later at the KEA-designated helpline centre when verification dates are announced. Right now, focus on the KECT examination. Best of luck to you.

For Clause A: January 20 to February 20, 2026 (11 AM–4 PM) at your college. For other clauses (most droppers): May 2026 at KEA, 18th Cross, Bangalore, or designated helpline centers. Book your verification slot online at cetonline(dot)karnataka(dot)gov(dot)in after completing your KCET application. Carry original documents (10th/12th marks cards, seven-year study certificate countersigned by BEO/DDPI, caste/income certificates with RD numbers if applicable, Aadhaar card, and passport photos).
