My Son studying 8th std in CBSE stream...right now he is very much interested n scoring good marks in Match, Physics, Chemistry, Social but hates Biology...and also he like Financial terms ( he joined Skilled Subject in Finance )....and he saying that he not like Engineer or Medical lines in future...we confused whether he may join Commerce line in 11th Std to pursue CA or MBA...Any suggestions how we to shape his future career?... or ...its too early to think about this?...

Ans: Thanks for being so concerned for your child . In fact it is really too early to plan like this however As I could find from your query , Let him try his luck for following options a. CA b. MBA through CAT in any top grade Management college c. Civil services .

Hello sir, My son is in Class 10 and is good in studies. His trackrecord has been 90+ in all subjects in all classes. Now after 10th he shall have to choose a particular stream which he is confused because he has no vision of a career to choose. As a parent I am not able to decide his interest in any subject because he scores good in all subjects. He is an introvert and lacks communication skills. My husband being a Chartered Accountant wishes him to take up commerce stream but my son is not very fond of this profession. My son has brains and I fear a wrong choice may sabotage his career. Kindly advise

Ans: Hello! Speak to your son and understand where his interests are growing. If he is not fond of something, I would say you can explore getting him to speak to a few people in that field in case that they may change his view-point but pushing him in a direction where his interests don't lie won't benefit him in the long run. Lastly, have an honest conversation with him about his strengths and weaknesses and accordingly zero in on an interest area which could be potential career options for him

Ans: It is natural for your son to look for direction from parents and teachers. Seek out from him subjects that interest him the most, the scores he gets in those subjects, what does he want to do once he grows up to get a sense of direction he is seeking. It is best to not impose one's own will on a child. I would, therefore, suggest you seek his interest areas but let him decide.

my son in 12 commerce without maths , he wasted 1 year in repeating 11 as he took science but couldn't perform , then he switched to commerce with maths and after 11 , took option to opt out of maths .... he is not interested in computers and studies , he is outgoing , sports and makes friends like debating , can u suggest what career path to take after 12 , he won't be able to get more than 50 % , as he hardly studies and studies just before exam

I am 54 year male having diabetes for the past 8 years. I used have fasting sugar at 135 which increased to 180 in 2020. After taking ayurvedic medicine dibex & madhumeh kusmakar rasa i was able to control fasting sugar between 100-120. But after some time it effects reduced. Tried neem powder, jamun powder gurmar powder with some sucess. Now again i am on cross roads with fasting sugar at 170. Kindly help me with the medication as well as diet.

Ans: I recommend that you postpone your retirement till accumulation of additional corpus of 1.5+1=2.5 Cr+

This incremental 1.5 Cr with existing 2.5 Cr adding upto 4 Cr can be used to buy an annuity.

Assuming 6% annuity rate you can expect a monthly payout of 2 L(pre-tax).

After deducting monthly expenses, the balance can be reinvested in moderately risky funds to protect against inflation/healthcare costs in older age.

1 Cr can be corpus earmarked for future needs.

Sir my wife is working in school Her PF was deducted under EPF Now her school has given her reemployment on adhoc basis and her PF is still deducted. As she has attained the age of 58her deductions are not taken in EPS. How can she get her pension as date of retirement under EPS and EPF are to be mentioned as same as her EPF is still being deducted

Ans: Please check if the EPF contribution after deduction is indeed credited to her EPF account especially after superannuation at 58 and reappointment thereafter on adhoc basis.

Date of exit for EPF and EPS may need not be the same.
