I totally understand what it means to be working remotely and the sense of isolation you are feeling. I am guessing you are a people's person and you like to interact with human beings on a day to day basis in your work environment. I just completed a 03 month long training assignment for a US based client and I totally empathize with you.

In the past COVID times, working remotely and in isolation is the new norm. So , do not base your sense of purpose based on just your work.
Find ways and means of finding your need for 'people connect' by asking for team meetings where everyone is on camera.
See if you can play instrumental music while working ... have fixed routine for work, take mini breaks to be more productive.
Indulge in physical activity to keep your energy levels up...meditate in order connect with yourself. Since you work remotely and not much interaction happens with people, just get out of the house after work to connect with real people. Spend time in nature, it's therapeutic.

So delegate work to individuals based on their capabilities, check in on them at regular intervals . Learn the art of the leadership model where you apply different strokes to different people and different times. Identify your own natural leadership style and adopt the right style of leadership based on the kind of team members you have and the task on hand.
Conduct workshops or get your personnel trained on what it means to be a trustworthy team member and how important it is to be accountable in the greater interest of the team. If need be you too enroll yourself in a leadership program. As a corporate trainer myself I can assure you that every skill can be learnt and developed.
