Ans: Go to whichever IIM or ISB or B school you are interested in. Thy will have a list of Management Development Program that they conduct during the year. Can choose ones with the name of Strategic Management.

Ans: Once you complete your graduation, you can try for MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP and try to get into one of the B schools. Knowledge of computers is important in any field today and your graduation degree should help you build the base.
