Sir i really want to clarify that I was a PCB student from CBSE but then I passed my math exam through NIOS as an additional subject so am I eligible for the UGEE admissions as I will have to provide marksheet from two different boards because I have my all five subject marksheet from CBSE and the additional subject maths marksheet from NIOS so will I be eligible for UGEE?!

Ans: Hello Parth
Even though UGEE brochure doesn’t explicitly say “single marksheet required,” most engineering admissions (including top institutes) interpret eligibility as:
PCM must be from one recognized qualifying exam (single board / single marksheet)
Not split across multiple boards.

Alternatively
Mail IIIT Hyderabad admissions directly

Email: ugadmissions at the rate iiit.dot.ac.dot.in
Attach your exact case

Ask clearly:
Will CBSE PCB + NIOS Maths be considered equivalent to PCM requirement?
