Ans: Yes, you are generally eligible for UGEE with CBSE + NIOS Maths.

Sir but i I want to be completely sure because I have put in a great amount of preparation in it I don't want to be rejected after qualifying the exam for admission
Ans: Yes, you are eligible for UGEE admissions with a PCB marksheet from CBSE and a Mathematics marksheet from NIOS. IIIT Hyderabad (IIITH) recognizes both boards, and the UGEE mode allows candidates to meet the subject requirements (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) through such combinations. If you are not satisfied, contact the IIIT-H administrative office, email them for clarification, or, if possible, visit the office in person for full assurance.
