My rank in jee mains is 184000 in genral ews rank 30000 comedk rank 10600 suggest me better option collage for this rank

Ans: You have not mentioned which Course / Stream you would like to join?

However, keeping in view your ranks in JEE under General / EWS Category & COMEDK (of Karnataka), it is advisable for you to try to get admission through COMEDK.

As far as your JEE Main’s Score is concerned, you will get admission into any 2nd or 3rd Tier Colleges only, due to tough competition for top-ranked colleges in Karnataka & rest of India.

With 10600 COMEDK Rank, you can try any good private college in Bengaluru or in rest of Karnataka.

Check the list of colleges under COMEDK which you can easily get from COMEDK website and shortlist around 10 colleges to apply.

Ans: Sourav, You have not mentioned you are from which State? And which Branch you are targeting? Getting admission into any one of the IIITs or NITs for the popular courses will be very difficult.

Try to getting admission through JAC for any one of the 5-Participating Institutes i.e. DTU, NSUT, IGDIW, IIITD & DSEU. Apply for this & try.

As far as IPU is concerned, there are more chances that you can get admission into the Branch you wish. Please apply for this also.

You will have to seek admission thru Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination or Bihar Private Technical And Professional Institutions Association Competitive Entrance Test.

Thru JEE it is not possible.

#My question was not answered by any of Career guru. I posted on 20 th June. can any one please attend and advise us. # Hello Sir/ Madam ; We are from Pune, Maharashtra. My son recently gave CBSE 12 th Boards and wants to pursue Engineering course. He gave IIT Mains and other private college exams like VIT , Symbiosis, Manipal, COMEDK. He has already got seat as follows - Symbiosis Pune - Btech-AIML; VIT/AP -CS with DS in category 2 and Manipal Bangalore- Electronics and Computer Engineering. MH CET percentile is 96.67 and CAP round counselling is yet to start. His COMEDK rank is 19 K , counselling yet to start. Please advise us in doing right choice for him in terms of institute and Branch considering Internship opportunities/Placement opportunities from already allocated seat/institutes. Also kindly give us insight on chances to get college/branch from MH CET and COMEDK. We are from OPEN Category .Thanks in advance !!

Ans: Prefer Symbiosis-P-AIML, followed by VIT-AP-CS-DS. As back-ups you can participate in the counselling process of both MH-CET & also COMEDK, but getting CSE with any top colleges will be difficult, though you can fill your choices.
