Ans: Prefer ECE-Jadavpur over IIT Dhanbad. Go for Civil only if you are much interested / confident over your success in this field and / or you want to run your own business in Civil Field. All the BEST.

Give preference to CSE as far as possible. No need to worry at this stage. Frankly speaking, all tech branches are suffering from high competition! If you feel so, you can choose other career options where the competition is very less. Here is the advice from us: prefer CSE @ IIIT Kalyanai if possible. The final choice and decision will be yours.
