I am in private university. What can be suitable answer to 1) why you are switching jobs though everybody changes a few jobs. 2) what is your expected salary

Ans: Your question is a bit vague. I don't know what is your present designation and your current salary? You have to switch job for better prospects, promotion and higher salary.

Tell us why you wish to leave your current job. This is a very common question asked by employers in a job interview. What is the correct way to answer this question?
Ans: When responding to the question about why you want to leave your current job in a job interview, it's crucial to convey a positive message and avoid speaking negatively about your current or previous employers. Here's a paraphrased version of the tips:

1. Highlight career advancement: Stress your interest in professional growth and how the new position complements your long-term career objectives, showcasing a forward-thinking attitude.

- Example: "While I've gained valuable experience in my current role, I see this new opportunity as a chance for continued growth and development in alignment with my career goals."

2. Emphasize positive aspects of the new job: Showcase what attracts you to the new role, such as the company's values, mission, or specific job responsibilities. Frame your response around a positive change rather than escaping something negative.

- Example: "I'm enthusiastic about joining a company that prioritizes innovation. I believe my skills are well-suited to the challenges presented by this new role."

3. Refer to personal circumstances: If applicable, mention changes in your personal life (e.g., relocation, family situations) that prompt your job search, emphasizing that it's unrelated to dissatisfaction with your current job.

- Example: "Due to recent changes in my family situation, I'm seeking a position that offers a better balance between my professional and personal commitments. I believe this new opportunity provides that balance."

4. Steer clear of negativity: Avoid criticizing current or past employers, colleagues, or company culture. Keep your comments positive to present yourself in a favorable light.

- Example: Instead of expressing dissatisfaction with management, say something like, "I'm looking for a work environment that aligns more with my collaborative and team-oriented approach."

The key is to convey your enthusiasm for the new opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals, without dwelling on any negative aspects of your current or past roles.

My son interested in CSE and he got Jee Mains(2025) B.Tech CRL Rank 70,64X(5 digits) (95.308xxxx) in General Merit and HS is Karnataka (Bangalore). Not prepared for Jee Advance. if CSE don't get then ECE also he may choose. as per previous cutoff, he may not expected colleges and branches through JOSAA. KCET Rank 2748x(5 digits) and COMEDK 681x(4 digits rank). He got VIT Chennai CSE under 5th Fee Category... He got admission into CSE branch in PES University RR campus based on JEE Rank. we have concussion should he choose ECE in MSRIT(E077) , ECE or CS AI&ML in BMSCE(E027) or DSCE if get through COMEDK counselling? or shall we wait for csap round for better colleges through JEE? if we continue with PES University RR campus then should we change the Branch AI&ML than CSE as we have chance in next counselling and he is strong in Maths. CUET-UG also he wrote and waiting for result. OR should we wait for CUET if any better central universities. Please suggest.
Ans: Eswar Sir, Given your son’s JEE Main CRL rank (around 70,000), KCET rank (27,000+), and COMEDK rank (6,800+), securing CSE or ECE in top NITs, IIITs, or premier state colleges through JoSAA or KCET is highly unlikely, as cutoffs for these branches in the general category are much higher. In COMEDK, his rank may allow ECE in MSRIT or BMSCE, and possibly CS (AI&ML) in BMSCE or DSCE, all of which are reputable Bangalore colleges with strong placement records (over 90% in CSE/ECE branches), robust industry connections, and good academic environments. VIT Chennai CSE under the 5th fee category is less attractive due to its higher cost and relatively newer campus, despite decent placements. PES University RR campus CSE is an excellent option, with consistently high placements, strong academic rigor, and a national reputation; switching to AI&ML is only advisable if he has a deep interest in this field, as CSE core provides broader opportunities and flexibility. Waiting for CSAB special rounds or CUET results is reasonable, but central universities typically do not match the placement and industry exposure of top Bangalore private colleges. The recommendation is to prioritize PES University RR campus CSE for its superior placement record, academic strength, and flexibility, and consider ECE/AI&ML at BMSCE or MSRIT only if PES CSE is not available, while monitoring CSAB and CUET results for any exceptional opportunities. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

I have got btech manipal jaipur and DIT Dehradun in CSE , I also cleared Scaler School of technology for BSC in data science with IIT madras. Which is worth to go for..
Ans: Tarun, Manipal University Jaipur BTech CSE stands out for its established reputation, NAAC A+ accreditation, 88–93% placement rates, and a strong recruiter base including Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, with a curriculum that balances theory and practical exposure and a vibrant campus life. DIT University Dehradun offers decent placements (62–91% for CSE), but average packages are lower, and student reviews highlight less attractive placement outcomes and infrastructure compared to Manipal Jaipur. Scaler School of Technology, in collaboration with IIT Madras BSc Data Science, is an innovative, industry-driven program with a 96% internship rate and global exposure, and the IIT Madras BSc Data Science degree is highly valued for data-centric roles, with nearly 100% placement and top recruiters across sectors. However, the BSc is not an engineering degree, which may limit certain traditional tech opportunities and government roles. The recommendation is to prefer Manipal Jaipur BTech CSE for its balanced academic rigor, placement consistency, and broader career flexibility, unless you are specifically focused on a data science career path, in which case the IIT Madras BSc via Scaler offers a cutting-edge, industry-aligned alternative. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Hello sir, Which one is better option IIT Tirupati EE vs IIST Tiruvanthapuram Aerospace
Ans: Choosing between IIT Tirupati Electrical Engineering (EE) and IIST Thiruvananthapuram Aerospace Engineering depends on your career interests and priorities. IIT Tirupati EE offers a modern curriculum with research in signal processing, VLSI, power systems, and machine learning, supported by strong placement efforts; recent data shows around 63% placement with an average package of ?16.5 LPA and top recruiters like Amazon, Deloitte, and Microsoft. IIST, under ISRO, specializes in aerospace with direct recruitment opportunities in space organizations, boasting about 85% placement in Aerospace Engineering and high internship-to-placement conversion, with packages reaching up to ?13.2 LPA for ISRO recruits. IIST’s niche focus offers unparalleled exposure to aerospace and space research, while IIT Tirupati provides broader electrical engineering opportunities with a growing research ecosystem. The recommendation is to choose IIST Thiruvananthapuram Aerospace if you are passionate about space and aerospace sectors and want direct ISRO pathways; opt for IIT Tirupati EE for a versatile electrical engineering career with strong industry placements and interdisciplinary research options. As far as IIST is concerned, please note, absorption into ISRO is not a guarntee as ISRO changes its recruitment policy every year and recruitment is subject to certain conditions also.
