To pursue an MBBS from any foreign university, there are no criteria for NEET marks. In most of the countries. there is a pay-and-learn system adapted. i.e. If you are rich or can manage funds, you can become a doctor. The fees of colleges/universities vary from country to country. Yet you may assume it to be between 35 to 50 lac as of today. It may increase in next upcoming years.
Many consultants in India work in this field. For exact information about fees, you may please contact these consultants. But before finalizing, make sure about the reputation of the consultant and the college in which they are suggesting to take admission. Here, Govt of India does not help in any way. Even Govt does not take any responsibility also. No special criteria for poor candidates. It is pure business and has been done for years.
