sir i am law graduate. prafticed for 2 years.after marriage i wasnt allowed to praftice.Now after 35 years i intend to practice.Attended few interviews, but now age bar,no experience in any firm,and they mostly hire young freshers,interns.I dont have any clue what to do for future.but i want to work instead of sitting idel.what kind of job can i start where i can make sone money? either in law or other short term course which has prospects?

In order to practice the applicant must have attained the age of 21 years. There is no upper age limit for admission as an advocate, as affirmed by the Supreme Court in the case of Indian Council of Legal Aid and Advice vs. Bar Council of India (AIR 1995 Supreme Court 691).12 Feb 2024

Start representing people in simple matters as a standalone advocate, decide whether you want to specialise in Civil OR Criminal law... also know effective 1st July 2024 the IPC,Code of Criminal Procedure & Indian Evidence Act has been replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanchita, Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhinyam...

Now that's a task to learn all this over again every legal professional and Judge's to will have to come in tune with this.. Are you ready for the grind.!?
