Dear Sir, Im running 53 age, basically im BA + PGDHRM Graduate +Computer course Now iam a private company employee working as Sr.Executive office, i have blindly worked 17 years in our existing company without any strong financial benifits. and having low salary. Now I decided to do data science or any company work related course for my better carrier for remaining work period. so, my question is, can i get a better job in any company in this age, and also please inform me which course is better to me for my remaining future. (short term course). Now im working perfectly in MS Office & Tally.etc. please guide.

As you are already 53 and would be reaching superannuation in a few years, it is advisable to stick to the same company. If you want to change, you must look to upgrade your skills in AI and Data Science. These are the 2 skills which would be in high demand in the next 2 years and shift to a good company.

I am 35 years old.i have done BCA in 2009 then i started my 1st job in 2010 as a data entry operator after that in 2012 to 2017 i did work as a store assistant,then i prepared for civil service examination for government job and i didn't get select. Anyway, to begin with, please search for any 'Software Training & Placement Institutes' either in your location or nearby city. To get an idea about this type of Institute, visit the website of 'Besant Technologies'. They provide comprehensive range of courses to not only fresh graduates but also to others regardless of other background/graduation year.

Some of the institutes provide job assistance and even give job guarantee (based on your performance during training/interview).

Please check and go through the above Institute's Website (as an example) and search for same type of Institutes, personally visit some institutes (especially those which assures job), choose the right course for you and join.

As far as Data Science is concerned, this type of Institute also provided the same.

Given his rank, securing a CSE seat in NITs may be challenging, but admission to ECE in some NITs and CSE/IT/ECE in several IIITs is more realistic, especially during the later JoSAA and CSAB rounds. Consider applying to IIIT Una, IIIT Kottayam, IIIT Dharwad, IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Bhagalpur, IIIT Raichur, IIIT Manipur, and IIIT Agartala. For ECE, newer and mid-tier NITs and IIITs are good options. The CSAB special rounds are crucial as they fill vacant seats after JoSAA. Ans: Admission to top NITS/IIITs seems unlikely. You can try lower-ranked govt colleges/IIITs or state colleges for CSE, or consider other branches in NITs via CSAB.

Through JoSAA/CSAB, fill IIIT Una, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Bhagalpur, IIIT Manipur, IIIT Raichur, IIIT Dharwad, but CSE/ECE may mostly depend on CSAB vacancy movement. You must have backup options of JAC Chandigarh, HSTES Haryana, Punjab colleges, IPU Delhi, Private Universities, and State counselling. Ans: Chances with South NITs are slim. You may try for lower branches in lower NITs. Yet the chances are on the borderline. Better to keep an alternative option open.

NIT Warangal Mechanical may be difficult in regular JoSAA, as recent HS Open Mechanical closing ranks were around 15k–17k in early 2025 rounds and around 15k in 2024 Round 1. Better Mechanical options: NIT Calicut, NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, MANIT Bhopal, VNIT Nagpur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Silchar, plus CSAB round.
