Dear Sir, Im running 53 age, basically im BA + PGDHRM Graduate +Computer course Now iam a private company employee working as Sr.Executive office, i have blindly worked 17 years in our existing company without any strong financial benifits. and having low salary. Now I decided to do data science or any company work related course for my better carrier for remaining work period. so, my question is, can i get a better job in any company in this age, and also please inform me which course is better to me for my remaining future. (short term course). Now im working perfectly in MS Office & Tally.etc. please guide.

Hello, I am M.COM., PGDBA, PGDPM&IR, from Annamalai University, through correspondent course. I am 49 years old presenty I am working in one PSU unit as Accountant Cum Cashier presently it is under suspention due to Covid, not running, very shortly it is going to close, so I am planning to change my career, is it possible for me to get a better job. where to get kindly advice me in this or age be a problem for me? I am 38 yrs old person with MBA marketing and a Hotel management degree. At present i m working in marketing department of a hospital. I have been working in marketing department of hospital and a Five star hotel all this while. I have worked for around 10 plus years. I am nt able to get the desired growth in my career after all the hardwork put in. Kindly suggest any alternative option which could help me grow in my career.
