Im 28 years old married workings as an electrical maintenance engineer from last 5 years. As maintenance field is very demanding and very less work life balance. Im thinking of switching my work filed Please guide me what should i do?

Speak to your collegaues and seniors that you are fully eperiences and ready to take on a bigger role. Also continue to do cerification in Project Maagement, or a further program in your company's area of speiclisation.
