Hello there. Can you please guide me ? I am 49 years, mechanical engineer and recently lost my job. Struggling to find a new one. I am not a software techie. I am divorced and do not have any children. I live with my aged mother. Can you help me with a home based job since it's no more possible to go out and work leaving my alone mother at home. I don't have any siblings either. I had written earlier also but didn't receive any reply. Best regards Praveen Bangalore

Post the pandemic, there are quite a few companies who are operating on a hybrid model and also on Work from home model. You can look for such companies by applying through job portals.

I am 45 years old. I have 13 years of work experience which includes working as Admin executive, HR executive and some BPO jobs. My last job was into Admin - HR which I lost since past 1 year. I have home loans to pay. I have been applying through Naukri.com, Glassdoor.com and LinkedIn but got no response yet. I had given a few interviews but got rejected. I am very depressed and sad everyday but don't feel strong and motivated enough to look for jobs .. All my reserves are over I need to get a job immediately.... I don't know what to do? Can u please provide some reference for jobs?
