Hello sir My son got 91.23percentile in jee mains.His air is 132410. We are from Haryana general category. Please guide for best institute for b.tech . This is third time when I ask this question on reddifgurus. Please ???????????????????????????????? answer me as soon as possible because state councilling me abhi thoda hi time bacha hai. Ya hame kisi private university me jana chahiye. Please answer ????????????????????????

Ans: Hi
you can try through CSAB with JEE score.
You will have to go through state counselling and check where you can in state college. Or else try SRM, BML they are good.

I am working in a software MNC for 10+ years. My company has been laying off people last couple of years as cost cutting measure. Now Management is putting undue pressure on me to resign to avoid paying severance. They are trying to implicate me in false PIP if I don't resign myself. What should I do?

Ans: Dismissal could be temporary, while termination is permanent.

Both can be on account of misconduct
