Hello sir my brother has up sc certificate.ls this will work in delhi for neet

Ans: Hello Vijay.
Your brother's SC certificate can be used for NEET admissions in Delhi. For the 15% All India Quota, an SC certificate from any state, including UP, is valid. But if he wants to apply from the Delhi state quota, then (1) A valid Delhi domicile (e.g., having completed schooling in Delhi) and (2) a SC certificate issued by the Delhi government is a must.

To appear for the NEET Exam, candidates must be at least 17 years old. There is no upper age limit as per the Supreme Court's order. You are eligible to appear for NEET 2025.

Sir/Ma'am my query is that for neet delhi state quota you need to do your 11th and 12th from delhi,which I have, but I want to improve, if I give improvement exam this year from MP(coz I am originally from MP), in the marksheet it will be written pvt. Candidate instead of school name (original school which is in delhi), so will I be eligible for delhi state councelling?

Ans: Hello.
For state quota counseling, a candidate must clear his/her 12th Board from the same state. In 1st attempt, you appeared 12th from the Delhi board. But why you chose the MP board for improvement is not clear. You said you are from MP hence giving an improvement exam from that state. What was the problem from Delhi is also not clear. Since your improvement exam will be from MP as a private candidate, this may affect your eligibility for the Delhi quota. It is best to confirm the specific eligibility criteria with the Delhi State Medical Counseling Authorities or NTA.

The examining authority is a national body, and the level of the examination is at the national scale. The NTA has stated that they will adhere to the guidelines set by the Government of India. I have included relevant information for your reference.
The below information is extracted from NEET BULLETIN.
6.2.3 For Candidates Claiming SC or ST Status
Candidates must possess a valid SC/ST certificate in accordance with the latest guidelines from the Government of India to be eligible for seats reserved for the SC/ST category.

It’s advisable to obtain a central government certificate to avoid any last-minute issues.

Ans: Yes, YOU CAN. Any candidate with PCB in their 12th standard can appear for JEE Mains if they clear Mathematics from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The key is that they must fulfill the eligibility criteria of JEE Main, which includes passing 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

No, currently you are not eligible for M.Tech in IITs through GATE if you have only the BS in Data Science from IIT Madras and do not have Mathematics in 10+2 or a BSc/BTech degree with core Mathematics and relevant engineering subjects.

Hii myself Ayush because of my health issues I was unable to gave my theory exam of class 12 boards 2024 , but have given the practical exam so will 2024 will be considered as an appearance in class 12 or not , and i did my class 12 through nios board in 2025 and i am confident of scoring more than 75 percent , si which year will be considered as an appearance of mines 2024 ,2025 as I have decided to prepare for jee adv , and it has two attempt so if cbse taken my apprence in 2024 , I will not be eligible according to the rules , but I have asked form jossa helpline no they said if cbse doesn't consider 2024 as an appearance you are eligible, please try to answer this i will be greatfull . Try to gave me authentic answer

Ans: Hello Ayush
In your case, although you attempted the practical exam in 2024, you did not complete the theory exams, and consequently, no result was declared for you in 2024. As per the JEE Advanced guidelines, an "appearance" in Class XII is considered only if the board declares a result for that year, irrespective of whether or not the examination was conducted.

Since you completed your Class 12 through NIOS in 2025, with the board declaring your result in 2025, your first valid appearance is considered to be in 2025.
