Hello Baqar Can I buy 2 consumer products with Bajaj Finserv EMI card? Sales person told me that buy two-three whatever things upto your credit availability in 1 go but If you want to do second time purchase next day or so, it wont be possible. You will have to wait for 2–3 months till the EMI’s are paid of 2–3 months. I am not sure if its correct or not. Please explained the same?

Ans: While I am not an expert in this, I think only one consumer loan can run at a time and hence buying ion seperate dates on seperate loans may not be possible.

Dear Sir, I hv taken education loan in August 2021 for my daughter. That time rate of interest was 8.05pa/ & amount was 20 Lacs and repo rate was 4%. And EMI was 19200 as per agreement. Course duration was one year. From September 21 to September 22. And had one year moritorium period after the course. So last week I go to chk my repayment start date with bank. They told me now ur EMI will be 25800 bcoz now repo rate is increased to 6.5%. So do u think bank can increase EMI like this? Is it a common practice? Then what's the use of freezing EMI earlier?? Kindly advise. Thanks and Regards

Ans: Yes they do it. Speak with your bank see if any reduction in interest rate is possible

I have to answer it very practically and realistically.

since you are in a very responsible job that requires high attention, time & energy & it is very limited in your case for NEET. As you have repeated NEET twice already you can understand it well. You cannot give equal time to both.

If you are serious and committed enough to give it all in the next NEET attempt and becoming a doctor is your only dream then only go for it. Otherwise you can pursue it from abroad also. I can help you with that.

Should i take third drop for neet or get partial drop and get admission in bsc nursing

Ans: Hi,
I have to answer it practically and realistically.

There is nothing called a partial drop. Whatever course you enrol in will require some attention, time & energy. Which is very limited. As you have repeated NEET twice already you can understand it well. You cannot give equal time to both.

If you are serious and committed enough to give it all in the next NEET attempt and becoming a doctor is your only dream then only go for it. Otherwise, you can pursue it from abroad also. I can help you with that.

Ans: It is a bit on the higher side with normal being 100. It would be a good idea to either check the HBA1C to be a bit more certain, else just try and reduce your carbs as well as over all calorie intake to reduce the fasting sugars. This is of course assuming you are a little overweight. If not, you should see a physician and get some more specific advice.

Sir, I am 63 yrs. Last year I suffered from BP 170/110. I went to a Physician and as per his advice I am taking the tablets Nicardia 10mg 1 tablet alongwith Telista 20mg 1 tablet @ morning 9am and Nicardia 10mg 1 tablet at night 9pm. Now for the past three months my BP controlled 120/70 (OR) sometimes 110/70. Can I continue the same or to reduce the dose.

Ans: If the BP recorded multiple times is remaining a bit low, it maybe possible to reduce the dose. However, you should see the physician, have the BP checked in the clinic, and discuss the new dosages.

Ans: Triglycerides are largely an interplay of their metabolism, diet and genetics. You would benefit from reducing consumption of non fibre carbs, excessive processed foods and fried foods. Would also help to exercise at least 5 days a week. Recheck your lipids after 3 months and see your doctor.

I was advised by one doctor to take Ecosprin AV 75 while two other doctors advised me to stop it as it can be harmful in the long run. My sugar levels are 6.2 Hb1AC and triglycerides 81. Cholestrol levels are also normal.

Ans: Aspirin and Statin are suggested based on the risk for cardiovascular disease. Diabetes is a big risk factor. If you have even one more risk factor, it makes sense to take Aspirin and Statin, to maintain your LDL below 70. You have not mentioned your LDL. I would recommend you get one formal consultation to understand the various risk factors and interventions.
