Should I switch back to corporate using my German skills or pursue teaching after 10 years in diverse fields?

Hello Sir, Here is my background - I have done MA Sanskrit. I started working in corporate in 2009. All my friends suggested that I should do MBA as it boosts career prospects. I did that alongwith it did Six Sigma also. As I love languages, I also did my B2 in German and based on that I got placed in Amazon and worked there for 2 years. I have in total 10 yrs of corporate experience in different fields like customer service, e commerce, language quality control etc. While I was working in corporate, I was also teaching Sanskrit and German to students for extra income. After pregnancy, I am full time into training Sanskrit and German taking online classes. As income is not fixed in teaching and as I have B2 German, some are saying me to switch back to corporate. I am confused - should I do Scrum master certification and work in corporate using my German language expertise or instead do B.ed- M.ed and work in teaching? I like to work in both fields, but for my age (36) and with a child, I find corporate jobs very hectic with targets and stuff I can go for teaching, but income is not good and fixed. I am confused please help.

Ans: The most preferred thing is peace of mind. So never go back to corporate. Out of stress you will be suffering. Let the income be less. Continue your Sanskrit and German teaching. Don't go for B.Ed and M.Ed. At this position peace of mind is more important than big earning. Best of luck. Just follow me. GOD BLESS YOU. Professor............:)

Hi, I am 50 years old. I started my career in IT startups after completing my PG in Computer Applications. I worked for around 2 years in different companies. There was a 4-year gap after my marriage. Then, I worked as a computer teacher in a private school for 10 years, followed by 4 years as an online coding tutor. I have financial liabilities, and now I want to pursue a course to change my career. Considering my interest in IT and my experience in teaching, I am confused about which course to take. I am torn between two options: whether I should pursue a B.Ed. course to earn more salary in teaching, or follow my passion and take a certificate course in AI. However, I am unsure if I will be able to secure a job in IT with limited experience in the field. Age is also a factor in both options, but given my financial liabilities, I feel it's a "do or die" situation. Please help.

Ans: Certificate course in AI WITH YOUR PRESENT JOB IS BETTER. CODING JOB MARKET IS EVERGREEN.

Hello,I am 22 .. going to be 23 years old in February..I am in 3rd sem of b.ed..i have done bsc(in pcm) and currently doing b.ed..i am confused if I should continue in teaching or transition to mba HR..I do like teaching as I noticed in my third sem practicals..but my subject of interest in varied..I like to teach hindi, english i.e languages..I also like to counsel people..I am also confused if I should do pg considering teaching..then what should I choose.. english literature, chemistry or psychology.. My goal is to become financially stable by 25.. going for mba from good institute takes grasp on maths..which is bad in my case..I recently cleared CTET (eligibility exam on central level for government teaching jobs) I am confused..help!

Ans: As you are interested in teaching and have an aptitude for the same, continue in that line for a couple of years. See if you are interested in continuing in that line. If not then can do PG in HR to change the line at a later date.

Sir,my son is selected for IIT Kharagpur for Mechanical Engineering or he is also selected for CSE Thapar Engineering College. Which is better

Ans: If possible, prefer Mechanica @ IIT Kharagpur until he is not inclined towards CSE. IIT is a big brand name compared to Thapar. Or you can wait for lower tech branches @ IITs (you did not mention the score of JEE adv)

Sir, Which is the best option kindly suggest. NIT trichy E&E, NIT -Rourkela /NIT W / NIT Calicut - ECE, MNNIT Allahabad-CSE , IIIT Allahabad - IT. Got CRL 5340 , JEE main 2026 with home state UP

Ans: Preference order may be: IT @ IIIT Allahabad > CSE @ MNNIT Allahabad > EEE @ NIT Trichy > ECE @ Rourkela

Sir, my son wants to do mechanical engg. or aerospace. Looking the current scenario where CS is everywhere, is it good to go for ME. his JEE percentile is 97.46(Gen,UP)).

Ans: Yes, Mechanical/Aerospace is still a good choice if he genuinely likes core engineering. He has a good chance with some NITs and IIITs.

Ans: Prefer CSE @ Sastra compared to VIT AP. Take VIT-AP CSBS only if better CSE options are not available.

Sir my daughter from SC category got CRL 245740 and SC 14001 rank in jee mains and 31202 rank in ts EAMCET and she got 74.8 percentage in 12th cbse boards. She want cse or mechanical branch in engineering. What would be the choices

Ans: She has hope for CSE/Mechanical at Jadavpur University (lower branches possible), Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology, Institute of Engineering and Management, newer NITs in CSAB, and mid-tier Telangana colleges through TS EAMCET counselling.

My son got comedk in 111 marks gujrat Hsc overall 91.40% pr. HSC science 86.32 % GUJCET 84.44% Jee mains CRL rank 102855 EWS Catagory rank 15516. Home state gujrat. Nirma aur PDEU Ke Admission me apply Kiya hai. Ab final kya choose karna sahi rahega. Please advise me.

Ans: Prefer Nirma if CSE/IT is available. For CSE/ICT, prefer PDEU. COMEDK (111) also gives good Bangalore college backup options. (Ramaih, Dayananad, Bangalore Institute of Technology, RNS, etc.)

I got 93.04%ile in jee mains 2026. I belongs to gen category but I have applied for ews category which possibly will be ready before June. Please suggest me for any good options in josaa and csab for IIITs or NITs. My home state is West Bengal.

Ans: You can hope for lower branches at Durgapur NIT, IIITs like Kalyani, and ECE/IT/CSE specialisations in CSAB rounds; newer NITs/IIITs also look achievable.

Ans: NITs like Durgapur/Agartala/ Silchar/Meghalaya. IIITs like Kalyani/Bhagalpur/Dharwad/Ranchi etc.

Sir, my daughter got Integrated CSE AIML course in SRM AP and integrated CSE in Vit. Which one is better.

Ans: If possible, prefer Integrated CSE @ VIT if it is in Vellore, else go with CSE AIML @ SRM

am having flat in hyderabad which was registered as gift deed in 2009 and if i want to sell the flat on today date the valve may be 75 Lakhs what can be capital gain. Actual cost was 2.2 lakhs in 1986 . As my age is 65 years and i dont want to use for contruction or investment in new flat. How can i save capital gain. Your advise

Ans: Whatever LTCG (Long Term Capital Gain) is there, you may purchase Capital Gain Bonds (maximum limit is Rs.50.00 (L) to save your tax. Since you don't want to invest in a new Flat or House, this may be a good option. Please remember the time limit of purchasing the Bonds is within 6 months, from the date of sale of Asset/Flat.

Which term insurance is better for me? I am a 31 year old male. I am unmarried and plan to marry in the next 1 to 3 years. I plan to have children later and take a home loan in future. My current salary is 24.5 LPA. I already have assets worth more than 10 crore. My family members have lived beyond 75 years. My mother passed away at 40 due to brain stroke. I am considering two plans: Option one cover of 3 crore till age 75 Option two cover of 4 crore till age 65 Which option is better?

Ans: Your selection of Option One : Cover of Rs.3 crores till the age of 75 seems better, in view of your family age history.
