22-Year-Old Confused About Career Path: Teaching vs. MBA HR

Hi I m am school teacher at age 23 I have done b.sc pcm , bed and M.A(psychology) till now.. I love teaching but salary scope is limited .. currently 25 k ..down the line it can maximize to 60k. So please suggest should I do cfa or MBA and will be I selected?? In IIM with this type of background

Hello Sir, I am a 35 yr BE(CSE) Male working in Bangalore with 12.5 yrs experience in Embedded systems domain with not bad salary. I want to switch to my passion which is teaching in a non technical field. Based on my interest, I have come with below options. 1) A computer science / Maths teacher with BEd degree. Do I also require Bsc / Msc course for this ? If so, can I pursue via distance education mode ? 2) A Professor in a BEd College - I am aware that we need BEd, MEd, Phd. Assume I am doing them, do they even welcome a 45 yr fresher for that ? Is work experience as a teacher in schools required for those posts ? 3) A CAT quants coach - with good interest in maths, I want to know what are the institutes / coaching centres looking in such candidates. I have 3-5 years in hand before making switch. Kindly advise what are the efforts, how I may need to prepare for this change.

Actually, I am 32 year male, unmarried and currently working in an Education Sector as a Content Manager/ Subject Matter Expert from the past 4 years. And, I did my BE in the year 2014 and since then I was preparing for UPSC civil services and even appeared in the interview but unfortunately didn’t tasted the success and join this industry on this basis. Whereas, I am got stagnated here and not getting much in term of salary or career growth and looking forward for doing MBA to switch my career field to analytics/Finance. I did Master in Public Administration in distance mode while I was preparing because this was my optional. Previous month, I took admission in Executive MBA from IIT Patna but unfortunately, its substandard in terms of quality and learning. I have certain doubts, Please let me help to come to the conculsion. Shall I go with the Full time MBA at 32 age by giving CAT/GMAT? Shall I opt for executive MBA from IIMs like Indore, Kashipur etc, here I have concern related to placements, considering 12 Lakh Fee? Shall I do 1 year full time PGP at IIM Indore, ISB or any good institutions for the change? Or shall I opt for CFA/FRM along with my IIT Patna Executive MBA? I am way behind my collogues and even not settled due to my UPSC unsuccessful attempts, I need to switch the filed. Please revert and help me out tin clearing my dilemma, I am really very confused right now.,

Hello.. I am 45 years old , I have done MBA in HR and have worked in eduction industry in purchase, exam, and various dept. as Office Associate . I was on a child care break since 9 yrs . Now I want to do a job. I am little confused at present . I need upgradation in my education or in my work skills. Should I persue PhD in Management or should i go for Hr related courses like Payroll or should do Tally ERP &MSCIT .. Need a guidance or advice on this .. Please suggest what to do..

Hello Sir, Here is my background - I have done MA Sanskrit. I started working in corporate in 2009. All my friends suggested that I should do MBA as it boosts career prospects. I did that alongwith it did Six Sigma also. As I love languages, I also did my B2 in German and based on that I got placed in Amazon and worked there for 2 years. I have in total 10 yrs of corporate experience in different fields like customer service, e commerce, language quality control etc. While I was working in corporate, I was also teaching Sanskrit and German to students for extra income. After pregnancy, I am full time into training Sanskrit and German taking online classes. As income is not fixed in teaching and as I have B2 German, some are saying me to switch back to corporate. I am confused - should I do Scrum master certification and work in corporate using my German language expertise or instead do B.ed- M.ed and work in teaching? I like to work in both fields, but for my age (36) and with a child, I find corporate jobs very hectic with targets and stuff I can go for teaching, but income is not good and fixed. I am confused please help.
