Hai I'm 34 years old from Mysore, Unmarried, completed b.e in mechanical engineering working in private factory as production manager but im now having interest in IT sector for data base work by learning (Power BI, SQL,MS excel, phyton and Java) can I learn and shift to IT sector or proceed same with this comfortable job

Ans: Good to see your ambition to explore opportunities beyond production management. While it i not uncommon to learn newer software technologies given your age and expereince as a production manager you may want to explore oppotunities for new software that can be deployed in your current job to produce better results in terms of higher output at ta lower cost, better materials managment, just in time inventory and guide your team to implement the software solution. Having done that successfully in the current job your company am sure will reward you with better role and responsibiity.
