My son got NIT bhopal mechanical br he has 98.33%tile what are the chances to get high rank NIT. Also he got 99.15%tile in MHCET so would COEP VJTI against NIT. Pls advise his interest is in core.

Ans: Hello dear.
Chances for upgradation seem to be challenging with the top NITs. With MHT CET, COEP, or VJTI (especially Mech/IT) are strong options and can be better than NIT Bhopal Mech. (Considering you are from Maharashtra domicile)
Good luck.

Thanks for reply in CSAB round which NIT is possible which is comparable or above COEP.. he already got seat in COEP for mechanical today
Ans: As already mentioned, upgradation seems to be challenging. Instead of waiting, you can either lock @ COEP or keep the seat under the float option till the 2nd CAP round.

Yes sir kept it on float by paying seat acceptance fee for COEP
Ans: Congratulations for taking right decision. Best of luck.
