Sir - My son got 93.44% in mains. He got VIT AP - CSBS in cat-1. He got 25K rank in TSEAPCET. May not get CSE in top-5 colleges in Hyd. But, want to try on mains rank. Also got seat in CR Rao AIMSCS and got offer for B. Tech DS. My question is if I don't get admission in Top5 colleges in Hyd then can we go for CR RAO AIMSCS (Fee is 3 LPA). What is your feedback on CR RAO

Ans: The owner of the property has the responsibility of fulfilling tax obligations arising out of capital gain due to asset sale.

Hence in this case LTCG liability will be with your wife

During pregnancy the sugar levels need to be regulated through dietary discipline and if not the oral hypoglycemics are given

I very easily suffer from gas bloating and constipation. So I have been taking Harde table (Zandu's Haritaki) for last many years. I have focused on increasing fruits and vegetables in my diet. However, slowly my harde intake has gone up to 4 tablets daily to keep it clear everyday. 1 day of mild constipation & I am badly bloated so much that I even get labored breathing and mildy asthmatic. It feels like my intestines have stopped working. I have tried taking probiotic powders many times, and ayurvedic meds like pancharisht etc, but they are all temp relief. i eat curd or buttermilk almost everyday along with veggies or salad and fruit everyday , . However, its like walking on a precipice. 1 day of dinner at a wedding and I indulge, I am back to square one. I am vegetarian, dont smoke or drink, home meals are not very oily or spicy, have reduced eating out to max of once a week. I am 43M and overweight. But no BP or sugar as yet. What can I do to restore my gut and digestive system?

Ans: Gut health is addressed by sticking to Rice and millet based food. Avoid Milk and milk products
Take away wheat based products for two months and see if there is any change. If there is then probably you could substitute wheat with Millet

I am 28, male got heart attack 1 yr ago, undergone angioplasty, stent to LAD, my Hba1c is 6.3 from then till now, but now fasting and pp sugar levels are below 90, total colestrol at the time of attack was around 90, I was having weekly fights with my life partner that time...I was 92 kg then but now I am 67kg I do physical activity like 2 km run in 9-10 minutes and 15-20 min yoga...a little bit of stretching while in office...what should I do for lowering my Hba1c level at the same time improving my heart health?

Ans: Lifestyle modifications are very important and you need to be consistent in following that.
Blood sugar level needs to be addressed by managing your stress at work too.
Have a Balanced nutrition, early dinner and adequate exercise - brisk walk 30 mts five days a week

Is PPI which is taken empty stomach can be eat long term, because am taking 3 to 4 days in a week and when I stopped PPI I feel bloated and feeling discomfort in stomach. Last consultation with doctor 1 year old, who said I have GERD type of.... please help.

Ans: PPI on long term has its own side effects.
Best is to adopt certain strict dietary disciplines.
One such thing is early dinner before7 pm
And avoid drinking water with food and increase your plant fibre in diet

Why is the GBS patient after 2 years still not recovering? Had a recovery after necessary treatment of IVIG injections and physiotherapy, but again started deteriorating. Please advise any further treatment or changes required.

Ans: GBS is an ascending paralysis
Progressive and also self limiting
Usually with intensive treatment recovery happens unless otherwise there is an underlying weaker Motor neuron system. Also post Covid many illness are behaving differently
Please get a second opinion
