Sir, My son got 88.9 percentile in JEE mains 2025. with OBC NCL , can he get CSE in GOOD NIT or IIIT hyd or kindly suggest good colleges for AI in HYD

Ans: Pallavi Madam, even though your Son is classified as OBC-NCL, obtaining a CSE from one of the top NITs may prove to be somewhat challenging. I recommend that you review the opening and closing ranks for the CSE branch of the JoSAA from the previous year (2024) for NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs to obtain a general understanding of your son's eligibility based on your son's percentile and category. Based on the data available, select a few institutes that will be beneficial to you during the JoSAA Counseling Process. Watch one of the EduJob360 Videos on 'JoSAA Counselling Process' if time permits, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the process. Additionally, please advise your son to to improve his JEE-Main score during the April session by strategically and intelligently preparing for the exam. It is also advisable to have a Plan B and Plan C in place by taking 2-3 additional entrance exams, such as APEAPCET and TSEAPCET, after verifying your son's eligibility in your home state. Additionally, you may consider enrolling in COMEDK as a potential option for admission to institutions in Karnataka, provided that you can afford it. All the Best for Your Prosperous Future.
