Top-tier colleges seem to be challenging. Try with PCCOE Pune or less competitive branches in local institutes, since top CSE cutoffs are typically in the 7,000–12,000 range for G-OPEN category.

Chances are higher for CSE with PICT, SPIT, and borderline with COEP + VJTI. Choosing TIET might be a safer option rather than relying on the uncertainty of seat allotment in Mumbai/Pune for your preferred branch CSE. The final decision will be yours.
