Sir, my son has completed mechanical engineering from Manipal, Jaipur. He has two years work experience in an EV vehicle manufacturing company as a Design Engineer. But he wants to move forward and is considering MBA , the new age domains like AI/ ML and or a shift in to ship or air motor designs or logistics.. Pls let me know what would be the best out of three from a financial gain perspective and a reasonable life quality.

Ans: All the options look good. It will mainly depend on his interest. Let him prepare for CAT and simultaneously upskill himself in AI / ML . He can then choose the option wherever he gets better opportunity.

My son is appearing for 12 exams and is about to complete it within few days. He prefers to do MBA after completing Btech. In engineering which course would be apt for taking MBA later. which will have a better career in terms of packages? any idea can help.. thanks in advance

Ans: If his primary goal is to do MBA then let him not take engineering as it is difficult for an engineer to get into a B school as compared to a commerce or Arts student. But if he has interest in engineering then he can go ahead and do the same.

Sir I got 77% in boards 84.4 percentile in jee and 58k rank in vit but my pcm score is under 75 will It affect me ahead....also my possible college options?

Ans: You may not be eligible for some branches or colleges that require 75%+ in PCM (especially at VIT), but you’re still eligible in many good private/state colleges.
