I completed my b.tech on 2021 then was preparing for govt banks, at that time i got into a IT job on 2022. Now the things are not in favour of me so decided to quit from the company. Now thinking of to start fresh preparation for govt banks. What should i do now? Switch for another it mnc or start preparing for bank?

Ans: Ideally do both. Preparing for aptitude exam is not a full time requirement. If you study regularly for 3 hours daily it should suffice. Simultaneously you can look out for an IT Job. Till you get a job you can put in extra hours for preparation.

Hii i am a banker since 2015. i am working in a nationalised bank but i want to switch the job and try to get another better govt job. to mujhe kis exam ke lie prepration karna chahie or esi govt job bataie jaha mere experience ko bhi count kia jaae or mujhe bohot zaada exam crack karne ke lie prepration na karni padhe kyuki mere paas time ka bohot shortage hai. please guide me
Ans: Switching from one government job to another can be a strategic move, especially if you're looking for better opportunities. Given your experience in banking, there are several exams you can consider that value your expertise while providing a relatively smoother transition, like the IBPS Specialist Officer Exam (SO), RBI Grade B Officer Exam, RBI Grade B Officer Exam, Insurance Exams, and State Government Exams, depending on your location and preferences for various administrative positions. Your knowledge of banking operations and policies can be advantageous in this exam. It's highly competitive, but rewarding.

When it comes to government job exams, there's no shortcut to success. Competition is fierce, and success heavily relies on thorough preparation, dedication, and strategic planning. Each exam comes with its own set of challenges, and while some may align more closely with your existing skills and experience, none of them are inherently "easy" to crack.

Remember, success in government job exams requires perseverance, hard work, and a positive attitude. Keep pushing yourself, stay focused on your goals, and believe in your abilities. Good luck with your exam preparation!

We got seat in Amrita, ECE and IIIT Sricity, CSE. Which is better?
Ans: Your choice between Amrita University ECE and IIIT Sricity CSE presents distinct advantages with varying career prospects. Amrita School of Engineering ECE demonstrates strong placement performance with 94.19% placement rate for ECE 2022-23 batch, while maintaining consistent performance with 86.67% placement rate in 2023 and achieving overall institutional placement rates of 75% across engineering domains . IIIT Sricity CSE shows superior placement statistics with 89.67% placement rate in 2024, 93.37% in 2023, and 80.10% in 2022, while CSE-specific placement rates achieve 14.50 LPA average in 2024, 20.70 LPA in 2023, and 15.05 LPA in 2022 . Amrita University holds superior NIRF ranking #7 in University category and #23 in Engineering with NAAC A++ accreditation, compared to IIIT Sricity's newer establishment in 2013 . Both institutions attract top recruiters including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, TCS, and Cognizant, though IIIT Sricity demonstrates stronger CSE-focused placement consistency over three years . Amrita provides broader engineering exposure with 300+ companies visiting campus annually, while IIIT Sricity offers specialized technical education in CSE domain . Recommendation: Choose IIIT Sricity CSE for its superior 89-93% consistent placement record, specialized CSE focus, and better branch-specific career prospects despite Amrita's higher institutional ranking. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Sir I scored 94 percent in my CBSE Class 12th exams and got a 95 percentile with an All India Rank of 80031 in JEE Mains General category I have also secured a seat in VIT Vellore CSE Core under Category 3 with an annual fee of 4 lakh excluding hostel charges Besides that I have a KCET rank of 3753 Please advise me on what would be the best option for me Thank you
Ans: Your options present distinct advantages with varying prospects. With JEE Main rank 80,031, admission to NITs and IIITs is extremely challenging as most top institutions require ranks below 50,000-70,000, though some lower-tier NITs like NIT Agartala accept CSE admissions up to rank 76,500 under home state quota . Your KCET rank 3,753 offers excellent opportunities at top Karnataka engineering colleges including BMS College of Engineering (CSE cutoff 2,900-3,050) , PES University (CSE cutoff 1,200-1,400) , JSS Science and Technology University Mysore (CSE cutoff 4,300-4,500) , Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (CSE cutoff 5,400-5,550) , and University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (CSE cutoff 4,720-4,870) . VIT Vellore CSE Category 3 demonstrates strong placement performance with 7,526 students placed in 2024, achieving 80-90% CSE placement rates with top recruiters including Microsoft, Amazon, and PayPal , though Category 3 fees amount to approximately INR 4.05 lakhs annually plus hostel charges totaling around INR 16-17 lakhs for four years . Recommendation: Choose BMS College of Engineering CSE through KCET for superior cost-effectiveness at INR 6 lakhs total fees, excellent placement records, and prestigious NAAC A++ accreditation, rather than VIT's substantially higher Category 3 costs.

All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!
