I completed my b.tech on 2021 then was preparing for govt banks, at that time i got into a IT job on 2022. Now the things are not in favour of me so decided to quit from the company. Now thinking of to start fresh preparation for govt banks. What should i do now? Switch for another it mnc or start preparing for bank?

As already you have spent 24 years in Bank, it is suggested to continue in banking industry, however, you can change the domain from banking to IT.

Ans: If you have 5+ years work experience you can write the GMAT and try to get admission to Executive MBA course from reputed B school. There are a few colleges like GLIM Chennai who offer executive MBA (1 year MBA) for students with 2+ years work experience.

Ans: If you have 4 or 5+ years of work experience, you can try for executive MBA from any of the top institutes like IIM A, B, C, ISB, XL, etc. You would need to write the GMAT for the same. If you have less than that work ex, then can try for executive MBA from either ISB or Great Lakes.

Given your current role at Infosys, aim to gain more responsibilities and prove your value within the organization. These can increase your marketability and potential for promotions or salary increases.
